Finca la Calera — Hotel in San Bartolomé

I have had a really nice stay there until I have received a message via booking.com from the people working there a day after the check out - that me and my partner, travelling from the UK to Lanzarote and then to Sevilla and Malaga, have had stolen their medium-large live dog, which went missing while we had been there. When the dog disappeared (during our stay) I even proposed to help them looking around the area. Told them that they can show their "proofs" to the police, booking and sent them to me and left mine contact details and address so to be easier for them to find me. Nothing have been sent to me yet. Spoke with Booking they told me that the place has 12 rooms in total so accusing me without any proofs which I've never seen nor did they is a joke. I spoke and shown the messages with the police in Malaga where they told this might be a type of extortion and to ignore it. Throwing accusations here and there without any evidences is disgusting and very, very insulting. A pure harassment! Especially when me and my partner have 2 dogs at home. Ho prenotato una notte + colazione tramite Booking, in quanto si trova nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto di Arrecife- Lanzarote in questa villa. Dalle foto pubblicate pareva trovarsi fronte mare, ma così non è. In realtà si trova abbarbicata in un colle situato dietro la zona industriale di Arrecife. Abbiamo trovato la villa solo grazie al navigatore in quanto ci sono pochissime indicazioni stradali, per arrivarci abbiamo percorso in salita una strada non asfaltata. Avevamo preventivamente telefonato per avere le chiavi visto che ad aprile eravamo gli unici ospiti paganti (una stanza). All'arrivo ci accoglie una signora sudamericana che con maniere spicce ci chiede subito i soldi pattuiti (78 euro). Ci mostra la stanza : ampia con balconcino, divano e tv. I letti erano due singoli e non matrimoniale come richiesto. C'è un frigo (scollegato e vuoto) un forno a microonde. In una piccola credenza troviamo un piattino con bustine di latte condensato, bustine di caffè solubile e 5 biscottini di quelli che usano nei bar quando ti servono il caffè (questa doveva essere la colazione compresa). Comincia a diventare tardi e nei dintorni della villa non c'è niente (è completamente isolata) quindi decidiamo di tornare in città ad acquistare qualcosa per cena e rientrare prima del buio, oltre che lontana da tutto, le strade che portano alla villa non sono illuminate. Varie volte abbiamo suonato il campanello che ci è stato indicato qualora avessimo avuto bisogno di qualcosa, ma niente non rispondeva nessuno, evidente che la signora non c'era ! Purtroppo abbiamo trovato il wc sporco, non c'è il bidet e neppure un phon, i prodotti da toiletta trovati in un cestino erano tutti di marchi di diversi hotel (?!!). Inoltre veniva segnalato la navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto, anche questa inesistente. Vorrei che i siti che propongono certe sistemazioni fossero almeno più sinceri, invece fanno apparire bello ciò che non è. La villa esternamente è bella, divisa in diverse stanze e ha una piscina, però è lontana dal mare e attorno c'è...

Cuidado!!||Reservamos apartamento para 2 personas en "Finca La Calera" (Lanzarote) del 14 al 18 de marzo pasado, con llamada telefónica al establecimiento el día anterior -13 de marzo- a mediodía para confirmar nuestra llegada al día siguiente. Nuestra sorpresa fue que el día 14, y ya en el lugar, nos informan que han tenido un problema con la reserva Y NOS OFRECEN COMPARTIR APARTAMENTO CON DOS SEÑORAS - por supuesto decimos que no. Nos buscan alojamiento alternativo por teléfono y nos envían a unos apartamentos cercanos, a los que nos dirigimos. Inicialmente ellos cubrirían el coste de la primera noche, pero una vez en el nuevo lugar nos confirman que la estancia mínima es de dos noches, que abonamos. Le comunicamos la situación a los regentes de "Finca La Calera", y arreglamos alojarnos allí la noche del 16 y 17. Al día siguiente, día 15 en la tarde, recibimos llamada del establecimiento "Finca La Calera", comentándonos que si nos encontramos bien en el lugar en el que estamos alojados, nos quedemos allí...Les respondemos que queremos regresar a "Finca La Calera"... Y YA SE LO HABÍAN RESERVADO A OTRA PERSONA ANTES DE HABLAR CON NOSOSTROS. Dada la situación, y para evitar más contratiempos y asegurarnos nuestra estancia nos quedamos donde estábamos, que por suerte tenían un apartamento . A continuación llamamos a "Finca La Calera" para dar aviso y cancelar las dos ultimas noches. -No es serio cómo se ha gestionado nuestra reserva por parte de Finca la Calera.||||Conclusión: trabajan con diferentes plataformas y adjudican el apartamento al mejor postor, pese a que la reserva ya estaba confirmada, con el perjuicio que eso supone para el cliente.
