We (3 families with kids) stayed at Can Bora for 3 nights in May. It’s a hidden gem - really lovely. There are around 10 lodges in the resort - we had the luxury lodges which had a private bathroom with a WC and shower and a fully fitted kitchen. The lodge was generous in size with a master bedroom (double bed) and a 2nd bedroom with 3 beds (a single and a bunk bed) - all very comfortable with lovely duvets/bed linen. The kitchen was great with a 4 point gas stove / hob, a good sized fridge and a small freezer. Even had a small dish washer :) |A comfy living room area and a dining room table to fit 6 people- and of course a little terrace with a seating area.||Apart from the lodges you also have a communal pool with sun loungers and tables and a restaurant (not open when we were there) where you also have an honesty bar - take what drink you want and fill in the paper.. then just pay upon checkout! Very handy for a drink when needed. Perfect! |There are Weber bbq’s you can’t take and roll over to your lodge or to the tables on a communal part of the lawn where you also have picnic tables - handy when you are a large group! |One of the best things for me was how safe if felt for the kids- the place is completely fenced in so nobody can go in or out without using the provided key fob. We did not see much of the kids during our stay - they were just playing the whole time with their friends and their new friends in neighbouring lodges and only came “home” for food or water! |There is also a really nice communal area with showers/toilets etc for those staying in lodges that are a bit more rustic. |Everything is very new and super well maintained- really does put the glam in camping! My son asked if we can live here forever - I guess you can’t get a more 5 star review...
Read moreWe (2A+2C) stayed at Can Bora for a weekend this month. Despite being very early in the season (March) we had a great time with the only minor downside the temperature being low. The lodges are very well equipped and the beds are ultra-comfortable. The gas heater took the edge off the cold in the mornings and evenings. We had an issue with ants that was very quickly resolved by the owner who was around most of the time. The area around the lodges is mostly car-free, cars drive on for loading/unloading, there is a parking area across the street. The restaurant area is spacious and equipped with an honesty bar and several board games. We didn't really use the pool area as it was too cold to swim for us but it must be very nice in summer. While there is plenty of space for kids to play and run, the only thing I was missing is a large field of grass to give more freedom. The entire site is not very large, because it was relatively quiet when we visited this didn't bother us. In the area there are nice places to visit such as waterfalls and villages with parks and...
Read moreAbsolutely loved our stay at this glamping spot in the middle of nature! 🌿 The views are stunning – perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge. The tents are surprisingly spacious and super comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. There’s a nice pool to cool off in, a cozy bar, and a small restaurant on-site that serves really tasty dishes – great quality and full of local flavor.
If you’re into cycling, this place is a dream. There are beautiful routes all around, and Girona is just a 45-minute ride away. Plus, the best bakery I’ve had in a while is only 2 km down the road!
Highly recommend for nature lovers who want a peaceful getaway without giving up comfort. Will definitely come back!
Keep in mind: you are in a tent, inevitably you will...
