Refugi Vall de Siarb — Hotel in Soriguera

The place is very cute and the village too. We had to wait 30min as our room was not ready, nothing was made to make us wait (at least a glass of water would have been nice). We have been told our room but not showed, no infos on the wifi or the breakfast if needed etc. We did not request dinner on Airbnb as we thought we could ask for it last minute like in all the places we have already been travelling to but we have been told that it was not possible, we had no choice but to make the extra 30min drive to the next village to get some food. Be aware that the walls are like paper thin and we could hear everything from all the others rooms. The matress is old and so used that we were falling in the hole created in the middle... The room is boiling hot in the summer and there is only a very small window on the ceiling, we had to sleep with our main door open to be able to breath. The doors do not have keys. No toilet paper in the morning. 43 euros ok but far...

Located on the small and beautiful town of Llagunes in the middle of the Spanish Pyrenees, it is a wonderful place to stay, meet people and eat delicious home-cooked food. Everything was very clean and it seemed all of the guests, including us, felt right at home. Feel free to visit during the cold months, since it has a chimney in the dining room/common area and also a heater for the sleeping area.||We will certainly stay here when we comeback...

Clean, cozy, and in the center of a charming old village surrounded by beautiful mountains with lovely hikes. Owner, staff, and villagers are all friendly but a little Catalan or Spanish is recommended beyond the refugi. They have many maps and more available for more serious hikes. The village has no services, but a little menu is available here including alcohol. Would love to come back and spend more time...
