Camping Montsant Park — Hotel in Ulldemolins

Simply the Best. I've been touring France and Spain for 2 months, and this is simply the best campsite I've found.

The location, "the valley of silence". If you are able to get a pitch at the bottom of the site over looking the valley, you will have found heaven.

The facilities are outstanding, the gentleman at reception is extremely helpful. (English is spoken if required). The pool is very well maintained and there is a lovely bar/restaurant, again with lovely attentive staff.

The site is very clean and obviously well cared for. Local village a short walk away, which is a tractional Catalonia village - picture perfect.

Do yourself a favor and look no further. If I could buy shares in this place and float it on the New York stock exchange I'd be a very wealthy man - but not as happy as if I'd been...

We went to Monsanto Park camp site in November 2016 and were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The site was quite Monday to Thursday and a little busier over the weekend - but still a lovely atmosphere. ||Free wifi was good, although only worked properly in a designated outdoor area. (The indoor area didn't really work with wifi).||A little disappointed that the bar was shut - we thought it might open at the weekend when there were more visitors, but it didn't.||Ulldemolins the nearest village was quiet but very nice. It has a great bakery which has a coffee shop attached, another baker, a couple of mini-markets and a tabac.||It also has a bar. Ulldemolins is missing a place to eat out in the evenings - just a pizza place or something. I expect that in the summer things are...

Visited sited early June2017. Went for one night stayed a week! The site is a ten minute walk to the centre of the small town of Ulldemolins which has two bars, butcher bread shop and small grocers. The site itself is extremely clean with excellent shower block. Don't think they get many Brits but the people on the site are very friendly and we managed to chat. The pitches are large and on the bottom tier fantastic views over the "Silent Valley".The restaurant is excellent with great steaks and Tapas. Great walking on Montsant with climbing at Montsant and Suriana and the local Montsant wine is well...
