The worst experience we could have had, I don’t even want to give one star! |We arrived at the hotel for a weekend away and it seemed that as soon as the receptionist heard us speak in Spanish (and not Catalan), her attitude changed and we were treated very poorly. It seemed like we were discriminated and randomly given a room which is annexed to the hotel in some sort of shed, which very clearly seemed like the cleaning staff’s room. |As soon as we walked in there were two beds pushed together sunk in the middle, bugs all around the room and on the curtains, a mildew smell and a private door that was locked with a key which we can only imagine was their supply closet. This room wasn’t in any pictures we had seen beforehand and definitely nobody would pay over 100€ the night for those conditions! I am surprised the girl that showed us to the room wasn’t embarrassed herself to be giving guests a room in these conditions. |In utter shock, after the initial few minutes we clearly stated that the room was unacceptable and there must have been some confusion to which she replied it was the only room not renovated but she could maybe show us another. To me, it seems strange that if there was another “decent” room available, why give us that in the first place? Again, in my eyes, it was pretty clear discriminatory situation and of course there was no way we were going to stay there. We cancelled and left straight away having to find somewhere else to stay that night, wasting our time and ruining our weekend. |We booked through booking.com and will be filing a complaint through them too. ||My advice - if you are a native Catalan speaker you will be well received, if you aren’t, don’t bother...

Upon arrival we were not given a warm welcome and were immediately told that check-in was only possible from 3:00 pm, with no flexibility. No guidance to the room, we had to figure everything out on our own.|The room was far from clean: the coffee machine seemed not to have been rinsed out for weeks, cups were dirty and the curtains dirty. Despite a 9-night stay, we did not receive clean sheets once and there was never vacuuming, only superficial cleaning.|The bathroom was not acceptable: a constant sewer smell, mold and dirt in the shower stall, and worn towels with stains. Upon arrival there were not even any towels, we only received towels from the pool and a bath mat after several days after insisting.|The pool water was freezing cold and the lounge chairs were dirty and unkempt, with dirty cushions left for days.|The bar is misleading; after 8 p.m., no one is there, making an evening drink impossible.|Breakfast was of very low quality, with unrefrigerated items that must be kept cold and pre-cooked, cold eggs and bacon.|In short, this hotel does not offer what it promises. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding a billing issue I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. While I was pleased with the amenities and the friendliness of your staff, I am deeply dissatisfied with how the situation regarding my invoice was handled.
Upon reviewing my final bill, I noticed that I was charged for food and drinks that I did not consume. It seems that these charges were from other guests who had not settled their accounts. To my dismay, the incorrect amount was withdrawn directly from my account without my consent.
When I brought this issue to your attention, I was informed that I would need to resolve the matter myself by contacting third parties whose details you provided. I find it unacceptable that your team did not take responsibility for resolving an error caused by your internal processes.
As this issue remains unresolved, I have been left with no other choice but to initiate legal action to recover the incorrect charges. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and it is unfortunate that it had to come to this.
