Casa Tarsan | Naturaleza Eco Lodge — Hotel in Vilallonga / Villalonga

Our trip to Casa Tarsan was one I certainly won't forget. We arrived on the mountaintop to be greeted by their lovable dog, then had the chance to meet our hosts who made us at home in this stunning and unique mountain haven. Everything followed the ecological theme and what most permeated was the peace and calm as the clowds rolled by accross and below us. We enjoyed one of the most beatiful sunsets of my life. Waking up the next day, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by our hosts and enjoyed meeting a couple of the other guests. Later we hiked and explored the mountains above, and the river below, swimming at the pools and enjoying the total peace. That evening our hosts prepared a delicous Thai curry and we finished the evening with our bottle of wine and telescope, which we found not quite needed, as the stars seemed so much closer in the unpolluted mountain sky. We cannot say enough to express how good this place is. We stayed for some relaxation and yoga and left feeling so calm and relaxed....we should have stayed longer! I’m not a vegan myself but the food was excellent and cooked by Eric who claims not be a chef, but I’m not sure! One of the best curries I've ever eaten. The yoga that Nikita did was a type of yoga myself or my wife have never tried but now we’ve done it we want more! Nikita is a great teacher, helping you relax into each pose whilst also being mindful of your surroundings. The hour and half session felt like 20 minutes. Sitio muy bonito una finca con habitaciones individuales con baño bastante lujosas respecto a la decoración. Íbamos buscando un sitio bonito pero no era lo que esperábamos. Es más un sitio de descanso absoluto. La habitación no tenía televisión, tenía una nevera pequeña y una máquina de café que rellenabas las cápsulas y podías servirte a tu gusto un gran detalle, pero el agua caliente no salía más de 3 minutos seguidos por lo q era imposible ducharse cuerpo y pelo a la vez. Y la cama tenía nórdico pero no sábana (hizo media de 25grados ) por lo que o tenías mucho frío o sudabas a mares... el jacuzzi es exterior al aire libre no es privado. Pensábamos que estaba más cerca del pueblo y está muy alejado casi a la cima de la montaña y por una carretera típica de montaña con precipicio alado que a la noche es bastante complicada de subir o bajar. El sitio está muy bien si se quiere como retiro o descanso en la cima de una montaña pero por el precio esperábamos más ... y lo que menos me gusto además fue que la puerta de entrada era de Cristal y lo cubría una cortina que no cerraba bien y además entraba luz desde el amanecer por lo que si algún día querías dormir más de las 8 a.m. era casi imposible además de la intimidad ya que por delante de la puerta había mesas y la gente entraba y salía del recinto, tuve que poner varias pinzas de pelo para no ser vistos por las demás personas. |A modo informativo: los dueños también viven ahí. Se escuchaba mucho las voces y las subidas y bajadas por las escaleras y tienen un perro suelto que no hace nada pero tampoco era muy amigable... |no se permite fumar en todo el recinto a pesar de estar al aire libre. El coche es difícil de aparcar ya que tienes q dejarlo en una curva de subida que es el bosque salvaje y apenas cabía sin invadir el camino de la montaña además de un terreno lleno de piedras puntiagudas naturales que si no tienes cuidado puede llegar a clavarse en los neumáticos y...
