The only reason I haven't given this place a zero is because it wasn't an option. Hands down the worst hotel I've stayed in and for one reason only. The place itself is basic and little more than a hostel, but the individuals that run it, one in particular, are extremely rude. We had stayed here previously a few times, so you'd think there would have been a semblance of familiarity when we checked in. Instead, we got a young woman who point blank refused to communicate in anything other than monosyllabic grunts and dismissive hand gestures. My Spanish is far from perfect, but I've lived here for a number of years, and I know how to make myself understood and I also know when someone is deliberately pretending they don't. She insisted that the fee to have a dog in the room was €20 even though we'd always previously paid €4 per night. And when I questioned it, she spat at my wife and threw our passports at us. To prove my point, when I complained to Booking.com. and they called the hotel to clarify the situation, even though she was speaking Spanish the woman just kept repeating, "No entiendio" Booking.com refunded us in full but I urge you not to consider this place no matter how tempted you are by...
Read moreWe stayed for a night and arrived at the hotel midday. They said the room would be ready at 13:30, we were here earlier and still got the room. There's a small lift but it's enough for two people with luggage. The receptionist was very friendly but didn't speak English, you need to pay for the Wi-Fi and the rooms are a little small. You can't really spend the day in the rooms. There's a tv, an aircondition, a bathtub. The beds are comfy but the sheets aren't really. We have a room with view at the street and the ocean at the horizon. It's a little loud but with closed...
