Here is to give a really special credit to Maximus and the team for exceptional service levels. While I was in Dubai, my wife and kids were holidaying in Sri Lanka and I had to miss my wife’s birthday. Since I had to surprise her for the birthday, I realized she was staying in Kuki Beach and I managed to find their contact on Internet. With just a message request, Maximus made sure he had made the best arrangement by organizing a cake and had the accommodation completely decorated way better than I requested for. Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and even upgraded me to an executive room with a tub, which was such a nice surprise. The room was big, super clean, and had everything I needed. 😌
