Who is this? A traveller still dreaming of the waves outside Gitano Surf. Why? Because this is hands down one of the best beachfront stays in Ahangama.

This was one of the only beachfront property we found on this stretch that had spacious, beautifully finished rooms, with the sea quite literally at your doorstep. Step outside, and you’re in the heart of Ahangama — surrounded by the town’s best cafés and bars, all just a short walk away.

The property itself has been thoughtfully renovated, balancing modern comfort with island charm. The rooms open up to uninterrupted ocean views that make every sunset feel cinematic. The communal spaces are relaxed and well-designed, perfect for reading, working, or just letting time slow down.

The hosts: an amazing local family that made the stay even more memorable. They went above and beyond, answering every question with patience and local insight. Their warmth made it feel less like a hotel and more like a home.

Great location, close to restaurants and bars, in particular to Cactus cafe for brunch. The rooms are nice, modern and comfortables. The view is amazing, the building is sea-front. The only remark, if you get one of the three rooms at the mid floor, as the doors are not much sound-proof (and rudimental closing/opening system) beside the ocean nice listening you may got disturbed by personnel starting cleaning at 6.30 am… the location is great, perhaps a bit overpriced, as no other services is included, and you have to take breakfast and...
