The person who showed the cabanas to us was not friendly. He was arrogant at that time. He had no idea about the booked room and showed us a random room without asking anything. There was a dog inside the room. When I asked to change the room because of the dog, he jumped on me and said that "just now the dog entered the room, take it easy". Then we told him that we had booked an AC room, he showed us the room. Inside there are few cockroaches. Towels, bed sheets, pillows are not cleaned. Blankets were not provided. Even water glasses are not cleaned well.

The problem is not the money. Charge a suitable price for your service. But don't go in such...

Rooms were not clean enough, towels and pillowcases were stained. There was just one mattress cover which didn't look like clean. Toilet/ bathroom were smelly.|I stayed for 5 nights.
