Jacks lounge & hotel — Hotel in Sri Lanka

2nd Visit This was our 2nd Visit to Jacks Lounge & Hotel, having stayed last year as its first visitors. We stayed for 6 nights this time as we wanted to explore more around this area. Once again our host, Jagath, did not disappoint, always on hand. Jacks Lounge and Hotel is situated a couple of miles from the Botanical Gardens and is within a short distance to the Ambuluwawa Tower - a must if you have a head for heights! Our room had everything that we needed with Air Conditioning, shower, towels, large double bed and plenty of storage. Jacks Lounge and Hotel is situated approx. 50 metres above the road level which makes it ideal for the views, the grounds around the Hotel are immaculately kept with an abundance of colour and aromas from the beautiful flowers / bushes and trees. Our stay was so much better because of the great staff. The hotel and gardens are so beautyfull. The rooms and amenitie were kept clean. Jack has a way of making you feel welcome and safe. The food was great and prepared very well and served hot. He helped in any way he could and made you feel he was there to help you. He is great at giving individual service. I could have very easily stayed longer. The views of the jungle and moutains from the veranda and restraunt was amazing. I highly recommend this...
