This place is a real bullshit. I booked them on booking.com but when I arrived they told they are fully booked as sold the rooms to walk-in guests. Despite of it, they don't take the time and responsibility to that one click 2second job to block the room on booking.com. when I asked their help or advice that what can I book at 18.00 at dark they did not even cared about it. The front office person was the rudest and lowest level of reception staff who I have ever meet. They don't even look into my eyes or apologize for their mistake and inconvenience, but literally turned his back on me and just paid they are full. They can't even speak proper english. SO be aware that you will find seriously low level and irresponsible people here ,without even that basic humanity that they say sorry or try to help. They only want to take money from guests without any basic human...
