Maresia Beach Villa — Hotel in Sri Lanka

We booked 4 rooms at this villa on a full board basis and it was very secluded and private,we had the whole place to ourselves .The rooms were tidy and upto the standard and very comfortable,however we were promised a set menu of food and some of the items in the menu which were promised was not prepared for us during our stay at the villa , the quantity of most of the items on the menu for our lunch and breakfast was not satisfactory and we had to request the kitchen to prepare more,the management and staff was quite friendly and welcoming ,they made sure our stay was comfortable but the only issue we had was the food because it did not meet the standards for the...

I had a wonderful stay at Maresia Beach Villa! This place is a little treasure tucked away a short distance from the main road. With a beautiful pool and access to the beach, it is pretty much beach side.

The rooms are perfect for 2 with clean sheets, good bathroom facilities, air-conditioning and tv in each room.

The standout is definitely the food. Chef Namila provides beautiful Sri Lankan food that is balanced, flavourful and a touch of home.

Dinesh provided outstanding restaurant service and made our stay extremely comfortable.

All the staff provided a comprehensive service with an exceptional stay.

Usually, properties like these ask guests to leave a review. However, even though they didn't request one, I'm giving them one because they thoroughly deserve it. Hands down, one of the best villas I've been to. Conveniently located close to Colombo, well-maintained, and with a truly nice sea view. While these features are common for properties along the Wadduwa stretch, what makes this property unique and special is their exceptional service.
