By simple word- not worth for money. Try another one instead of this if you are looking somewhere to spend your holiday. We have seen lot of reviews and advertisement showing it has very high quality hotel. But in our experience this is not a star level or hotel you should definitely visit. It’s very cheap place. Here some reasons
1.We have visited in very sunny day and it’s very hot. Rooms doesn’t have basic air conditioning facility even though this is in very cold area. There are exceptions we need AC. Bathrooms look very ordinary and old looking. Not luxurious. We have to pay extra 6000 for room with jacuzzi. But it’s not worth. Staff should have more discipline as most of hotel staff doesn’t know how to talk and serve to guest who is coming to spend their time in this kind of hotel. They are very friendly toward the foreigners and not the locals. One cook who was in active kitchen in buffet try to make fight with another staff member who is seems to be a junior in-front of us is very embracing situation and shame on it. They don’t know how to talk or how to arrange table or they don’t know all of priorities should be the customers who are paying for them. They have advertised SPA. But they said doctor is in outside and 1 hour needed him to come. Basically no SPA Advertised every day bone fire. But nothing like that. Foods- just foods. Nothing special. If you are looking for someplace with buffet to eat more and eat tasty don’t go there. No variations and they are arranging buffet only for their easiness. It’s a buffet for its name. Nothing wow. View- not wow. Not a place you should definitely visit. Price- cost around 45 thousand which is 5 star level hotel price and not worth a bit for the money. Very high price. My conclusion is even though there are lot if reviews don’t try this go somewhere else...
Read moreI dont think we have ever had such an uncomfortable experience in a hotel. On arrival the front of house woman was unwelcoming, not even a smile. The room itself was large, with great views, all be it the bathroom was quite tired with mould on the ceiling and in the corners. In addition the safe didn’t work and the TV didn’t work. Despite this, we aren’t too fussy when it comes to rooms and so thought this was acceptable and were even happy with the room. For dinner we wanted a la carte as the buffet had minimal selection. We tried to order a la carte but were told that the chefs didn’t have time to make us dinner (this was at 7pm) and if we didn’t want the buffet we could only have sandwiches off the a la carte menu absolutely nothing else. We ended up having the buffet and despite being the first there all the food was cold including a pasta that had a congealed cold layer of cream sauce on it. We informed them and they advised that it was because in the mountains it was cold. The manager was very very rude and not listening to us as all, explaining that the food was cold because it was cold outside (seems strange as in England we seem to be capable of serving hot food). The next night, as there is no where else to eat and we felt so uncomfortable we ended up eating chicken sandwiches in our room as again no other options on the a la carte. They disturbed us 4 times (via phone and even turning up at the door to our room) that night while we were trying to eat our food to settle our overall bill including room rate despite not checking out till the next day. I would never stay there again unless the ownership and staff changed as it is such a shame with the...
