Sigiri Sun Rise Homestay — Hotel in Sri Lanka

The owner was very, very welcoming, knowledgeable and speaks perfect English; we felt at home almost instantly. Was so helpful with anything we needed - kindly chaperoned us to the local Spa and for a cheap local haircut. One of the best breakfasts we've had during our Sri Lanka Trip. Happy to do laundry if required and so kindly offered food at any point of the day and only a 5min walk from the bus stop.

Not many places to eat unless you walk into Sigiriya (10-15mins). Avoid doing laundry outside of the guesthouse as it's very expensive (charged per piece).
