On the fringes of Ahangama, The Jungle Villa offered the most serene space to immerse one's self in Sri Lankan life. The Villa is spacious, beautifully designed and decorated and is surrounded by nothing but the noises of the forest.
The outdoor space, including pool, was a wonderful experience morning or night, as was the jungle trail that dropped into the sounds and senses of the dense jungle.
Bedrooms are large, with two beautiful rooms opening out onto the pool. The beds are both enormous and comfortable! The kitchen and lounge space are excellent, as are the friendly team that maintain and manage the property. Their hospitality and kindness feel so genuine irrespective of your need.
The Jungle Villa was so close to provisions in Ahangama and the incredible coastline, yet also offered a space away from it all if you wanted some peace and respite.

I recently stayed at The Jungle Villa -Yoga Retreat Venue and Villa with my friends, and it was an amazing experience! The service was absolutely perfect, and the location was fantastic—peaceful yet not too far from everything. The security was great, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The villa itself has a great vibe, perfect for relaxing or even partying. The swimming pool was a highlight, and the interior design added to the overall atmosphere. There’s also a BBQ machine, and you can easily arrange for a cook or a tuk-tuk if needed, which was super convenient.
