We stayed here for just one night, but were amazed by the hospitality, service quality and cleanliness.
The three course dinner for two was 800 sek. The portions were huge and the food was mouthwatering. If you're not staying the night, I'd at least advice ordering your dinner here. Believe me, the food is that GOOD here. Think of Elite Hotels Sweden quality, but cheaper.
Our night stay included a breakfast, which was excellent. Nothing fancy, just your standard Swedish brekasfast, but again the food was perfect. The premises were clean, the homemade buns were warm and yummy.
Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We got advised on the must see locations in the region and even got a map as a souvenir 🤭
I cannot recommend Hotell Kallgården enough. Bundled with fabulous food, exceptional customer service, it's a must stay if you're in the region. Keep up the good...

Everyone working here was so service minded and we really felt welcome. We had two great dinners, served with local food, and the whole family was happy. Also the breakfast buffé was above expectations with warm home baked bread.||||The hotel is in good condition, with clean rooms and very comfortable beds, and you can tell that the hotel has been...

The couple that runs the hotel, Tobias and Therese, are the most lovely couple and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast was awesome (fresh baked bread every morning), and all dinners were amazing. Beds were so comfy, we slept like babies. They arranged a trip to a sauna by a little stream in the middle of the woods and it was like a scene taken from a tim burton movie, breathtaking! We went skiing in Åre two days which was an easy 40 min drive, I couldn’t recommend staying here more, really really...
