Rasta Grums — Hotel in Grums kommun

Perfect place for a "pit stop", situated just next to the main road. Arrived late so picked up the keycard in the petrol station just next to the hotel. Free parking just outside the door. Room was clean, no luxury of course but at EUR 65 which I paid inclusive breakfast it was good.. Bathroom could need some refurbishing, but everything did work, just a bit wear and tear... Breakfast was good, could be choose between hot and cold food, different serials and so on.. For the price paid, this was really good... If rates are higher You can might as well stay in a hotel in the city of Karlstad, just twenty minutes away.... Will propably choose this one again as I often travel through...

We've came here just to 'sleep and have some breakfast', once arrived the location was a bit dubious. It looks very shady and it doesn't feel welcome. The fact you have to check in at the gas-station adds to it.

However! Once we entered the room....I don't know if the cleaning lady had some time left but it was spotless! Even behind the cabinets and the heater was cleaned. In our entire trip we haven't come across something this clean so far. There wasn't a single speck of dust left anywhere.

Breakfast was good, just a normal/regular breakfast like in most Swedish...

The hotel was good but I didnt find the Rasta😢 Maybe he was in his room listening to Bob Marley. I was only 5 minutes away from the supermarket so I could run there in my slippers dead fast. There is a huge factory near by and I was told that they make viking longships there which is cool. I got a pizza from a place near the hotel. The hotel manager told me to try banana curry pizza and it was amazeballs! Forget meatballs and Ikea because that was proper...
