My recent stay at RC Hotel was far from satisfactory. From the moment I checked in, I encountered several issues that left me quite disappointed. I must say that my overall experience was marred by the hotel's poor amenities and unprofessional service.
First and foremost, the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was abysmal. The signal strength was weak, and the internet speed was painfully slow. As someone who relies on a stable internet connection for work and personal use, this was a significant drawback for me. It made it extremely difficult to get any work done or even browse the web comfortably.
Furthermore, I found it incredibly inconvenient that there were only two power outlets in the room. In this day and age, where electronic devices are an integral part of our lives, having limited access to power sources was highly frustrating. It was a constant juggling act to charge my phone, laptop, and other devices.
Another major drawback was the lack of a window that could be opened in the room. This left me feeling claustrophobic and deprived of fresh air. I believe that natural light and the option to ventilate the room are essential aspects of any comfortable hotel stay. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet those basic expectations.
To compound matters, the air conditioning system was unmanageable and unable to be turned off. This meant that I had to endure cold air blowing directly on me throughout my stay. I tried contacting the receptionist to address this issue, but the response I received was vague and unhelpful. It was evident that the staff was either unwilling or incapable of resolving this problem.
Speaking of the receptionist, I found their behavior and level of service to be utterly confusing and unprofessional. Initially, they checked me into the hotel without any issues, only to later send me an email asking when I planned to check in. This level of disorganization and lack of communication was frustrating and indicated a severe lack of attention to detail.

Read moreI travel a lot and I had my worst travelling experience in this hotel. We've stayed here for two nights and the second night when we came back to the hotel at 11 pm our key card to the hotel room didn't work. There was no one at the reception and we tried calling every possible number to contact the hotel to get us in our room and to our stuff. Nobody responded and I had to contact Booking that couldn't get hold of anyone from the hotel either. We had to wait in the lobby of the hotel UNTIL 7 AM IN THE MORNING when staff came. During that time we walked through the whole hotel trying to find someone but nobody was there. Also we kept trying to call anyone who works at the hotel. We eventually gave up and tried to sleep on the couch in the lobby but it was too cold there. I was wearing contact lenses and I really needed my glasses that were in our hotel room. But I was lucky that I am not using medication that I would keep in the hotel room, cant imagine if this would happen to a person with diabetes etc. After this awful experience staff at the reception weren't really apologetic and they admitted they knew about the issue with key cards but didn't take any measures to prevent it or to warn us.
