Ronneby Cityhotell — Hotel in Ronneby kommun

We stayed at the Ronneby City Hotel as a base for my husband's attendance at Sweden Rock. The room was larger than expected, with an extra living area which inclded a mini fridge. A fan was provided inside the room in anticipation of the unseasonable rise in temperture for this time of year. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Tea, coffe and fruit was available at all hours. In terms of location, the hotel is across the road from the railway station (1st photo) but noise was not a problen. Simple hotel, quite ok for a night or two. Spacious and clean. Reception closed most of the day, but everything works fine since there is access to the public areas with a door code. I would say it's odd, but in the bad way. I stayed shortly during day and it's ok for that. Price is way too high around 100 eu for single room. Strange thing there is no shower in the room, but there is hairdryer. They even mention that in they general info booklet. Even this is centre of the city, road railway and bus station under your window so it's noisy. I would give that hotel 2 stars but for relativly good internet...
