This is a cute, charing B&B, very cosy. We visited in off season, so it was relatively quiet. It has plenty of shared bathrooms, so I think that it is not a problem to get one even when operating at full capacity. Very nice host and beautiful shared rooms. Our room was tiny and had two beds - they can easily be moved together, if wanted. There is a fire exit from top floors, appreciated for safety. Grebbestad is an idyllic little town that we absolutely love. It is very popular to stay here and prices of accommodation are usually high. We come here often for kayaking. I am happy we discovered this charming and relatively inexpensive place. Breakfast was really nice, even though there were not many guests staying. The dining room is beautifully decorated. Behind the house, there are lots of spots for private parking. The B&B is much more centrally located than the hotel, very close to the church. We did not have a sea view, but there is about 3 min. stroll to the seaside and about as equal to shopping area. Please note you are expected to clean your room yourself and put on (and off) the linen. Fresh towels are provided. We didn't mind doing these small choirs and would recommend staying here and...
Read moreAs someone else has said, Rosenhill is little more like a hostel in style than the typical B&B you would find in England or the U.S.A. ||The rooms all seem to have single beds and the expectation is that you fit and remove your own bed linen and sweep your room on checkout (or you can pay a little extra if you want Rosenhill to do it)||Bathrooms are also shared (there are three) and toiletries are not supplied, you bring your own.||Having said that, we liked it. It was simple and basic but the owner was very friendly and the breakfast was great (extensive cold buffet).||There is a nice deck and garden with seating and you can (and many did) bring your own food back from the supermarket or delicatessen to prepare in the communal kitchen for lunchtime or evening.||I think it does a great job of catering to those on a smaller budget in an expensive country - including some families with young children while we...

The owner personally sees to the wellness and happiness of each and every guest every morning. Although it is a place to come and relax the Wi-Fi here is incredibly fast and reliable which enables you to work from here if needed. I would highly recommend taking the time to stay at this bed-and-breakfast if you are in the area it's truly gives you a feel of the local...
