Bruksparkens Vandrarhem AB — Hotel in Vellinge kommun

We had, for a long time, been looking for a place, where we could have a family reunion. Our family has 38 members, 3 generations, and we come from Sweden and Denmark. Bruksparkens Hostel was perfect and we rented it for a week-end. The rooms are either with 2 or 3 beds with toilet and they were clean and nice. There is a big kitchen and good refrigerator capacity. On the first floor there is a big room where we could all eat and party. We had ordered breakfast for Saturday and Sunday morning and that included everything you could wish for breakfast. Saturday night we had also ordered dinner, which was nice Indian cuisine with soft drinks and beer included. Friday night we had a barbecue in the garden. The garden is quite big and the children played there and we also arranged competitions for all the family members. To assist us during our stay was a very nice young man that served the food, cleaned the dishes and helped with other things. The service provided was perfect. Our children appreciated that there is a candy factory with shop as next door neighbor and less than 10 minutes walk from the hostel there is an exciting playground. Anyone who chooses this hostel must be aware that it is not a hotel, but simple accommodation with a shared shower. There is no TV in the rooms. A shared kitchen with simple furnishings allows meals to be prepared. The hostel is kept clean.|When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice young helpful employee. The owner of the hostel, on the other hand, runs the hotel like a choleric company sergeant. However, I expect tact and guest-oriented behavior from a hostel manager. One point is deducted from the rating for his authoritarian and bossy appearance.|All guest rooms are on the ground floor. 😊: The location is so relaxed and calming. Then environment in the accommodation itself was relaxed, and the people who worked there were very accommodating. Very practical transport to the rest of the region despite it being in a smaller town. Most of all, I really appreciated having access to a kitchen with 3 shared stoves, 4-5 shared refrigerators, and almost anything you could want from a kitchen in terms of pans, plates, and so on.
