BnB chezlise — Hotel in Urnäsch

I recently stayed at BnB chezlise with two friends, and our experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Lise, the owner, made us feel completely at home. She is such a kind and welcoming person, always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was answering questions about the area, recommending great places to eat, or giving tips on what to see and do, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The B&B itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt carefully considered, from the cozy layout to the tasteful art pieces hanging on the walls that added warmth and character. It created a perfect balance of style and comfort, making it a place where we immediately felt relaxed. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, giving us the perfect start to our days. Sharing a homemade meal in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere made the mornings especially memorable. What stood out the most during our stay, though, was the genuine hospitality. Lise is not just a great host; she truly cares about her guests. Her warmth, attentiveness, and helpfulness made our stay feel special and personal. Traveling with friends, we all agreed that this was one of the best B&B experiences we’ve ever had. I would recommend BnB chezlise without hesitation to anyone looking for a clean, beautifully designed, and welcoming place to stay. Lise is a superb hostess. She is very attentive to the wishes of her visitors - she always likes to please. And she can converse in quite a number of the western European languages, so communication is never a problem. The place is very well located - a little apart from the village and is therefore very quiet and within easy access to nice walks in the mountains. The rooms are attractive and the beds comfortable. The terrace and garden are spacious and very conducive for relaxation and just viewing the scenery. What sets Lise's place apart though is the quality of her cooking. One can see that she takes great pleasure in providing her guests with the most imaginative food possible - you will not get better in a cordon bleu restaurant. If she offers to cook for you, just don't think about going anywhere else. In short, whenever we are travelling that way, we just won't think about staying...

Lise's liebenswertes B&B war die Unterkunft während meinem Junggesellinnenabschied, den meine Schwester für mich im Appenzeller Land organisiert hat. Mit ca. 10 Freundinnen übernachteten wir nicht nur im B&B, sondern bekamen noch ein tolles Abendessen serviert (3-Gänge-Menü und zusätzlich Apéro vorweg und Likör-Degustation danach). Lise hat alles frisch vor unseren Augen zubereitet und uns bedient und verwöhnt. Sie ist eine Köchin und Bäckerin mit Talent! Die Speisen und das Gebäck (Zwetschgenwähe) waren geschmacklich super und außergewöhnlich. Sie geht auch auf alle Wünsche der Gäste ein und hat eine sehr zuvorkommende, aber unaufdringliche Art. Es wirkt eher so, als würde sie im Hintergrund agieren und dann als die gute Fee ans Tageslicht treten, wenn sie gebraucht wird. Auch das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet (z.B. frischer Obstsalat und Butterzopf) und mit regionalen Produkten gemacht (z.B. Käse aus der Dorfkäserei).||Zudem ist sie sehr auf die "besondere Situation" des Junggesellinnenabschied eingegangen und hat uns z.B. erlaubt, noch bis spät abends in ihrem gemeinschaftlich genutzten Wohnzimmer zu bleiben und einen gemütlichen und lustigen Abend zu verbringen, obwohl sie schon längst zu Bett gegangen war. ||Die Zimmer sind liebenswürdig eingerichtet und vor allem die Bäder (zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung) sind sehr modern (große Dusche etc.).||Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auf jeden Fall stimmig und mehr als fair! Man bekommt für sein Geld so viel wie sonst nicht an vielen Orten.||Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch einmal vorbeikommen - evtl. auf einer weiteren Wanderung im Appenzeller Land. Lise's B&B ist aber auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet - nicht nur für Zwischenstopps während einer Wanderung.||Alles in allem möchte ich Lise an dieser Stelle nochmal herzlich für den tollen Abend danken, den ich durch sie und ihre Kochkünste zusammen mit meinen Freundinnen erleben durfte!...
