大埔露營區營地 — Hotel in Dapu Township

Haven't even slept yet but I already love it. Lots of space and a good mix of options from pallets to open grass, to grass with tree shade. It's a Monday so it's quiet. I bet it's much noisier on a weekend. Toilets are better than some paid for campsites I've visited and there are coin operated hot showers. It's next to a lake so mosquitoes are a given. Bring bug spray.

After a night on the grass I was told to move to a pallet, lol I guess weekends will be full of families and the pallets are only a couple of feet apart. If you have a motor home there is plenty of parking for those. Oh, and there are monkeys. They eat breakfast at 5am in the trees above....

Overrated Camp site

It is free Camp site but below overall standards

Believe one of the main purpose to provide this Free Camping site is to attract visitors to come and bring the business into this area.

Location 2 Hygiene 2 Facilities 1, muddy road, many washing stations are in poor conditions or out-of-order The Showers room and toilets...

免費的露營地區，可惜棧板正在維修不然應該會很讚! 強烈建議一定要早起看日出，白雲縹緲置身霧起雲湧，搭配漸光的湖畔美景，使人拋開煩惱，盡情地欣賞。

▶營區周邊 離營區走路10分鐘有7-11，注意營業時間非24小時am6:00-am00:00! 7-11隔壁有家鹽酥雞開到晚上10:30，如果食材不夠可以出來吃

▶衛浴部分 營區有廁所、浴室，但是是分開的! //廁所沒有衛生紙且環境不佳，建議自帶衛生紙且一定要閉氣！！ //浴室很陽春有放置架也可掛衣物，熱水只有4間投幣10元/10分鐘算公道 尖峰時段約晚上9:00需要排隊，平常時段還好!算是麻雀雖小五臟俱全

▶小提醒：記得戴耳塞！！！有些露友半夜還在喝酒鬧事，怕吵的建議要自備耳塞或球棒(?)

整體而言，如果不想走網美露營，新手試水溫的露營好去處，又可以跟專業露友交流交流!大人小孩老人都開心~
