This is a wonderful hotel located right off the shore of the beautiful Renyitan Dam. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk where you can watch the sunrise early morning! The hotel lobby is gorgeous and room is clean and roomy. There are loaner bikes available right at the entrance of the hotel. The women’s spa is closed for renovations at the moment but there is a game room where family with kids can enjoy a variety of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated probably due to low occupancy. Read more今天是提早慶祝母親節,我們共有11人(含3位小朋友),3年多前有吃過,所以今日再度光顧,哪知……感受和三年前差很多(服務和菜色都退步許多),首先是1.菜單標示建議要改善,雖第一次可以點16道菜,但每樣菜色的份量,建議標示數量,否則有些菜寫大份甚至寫3份……結果是1小碗的份量而已(像炒飯,炒蟹等),看到如此迷你的菜色,加上我們人多,只好其他菜色改寫2份大份,哪知又變成真正一般的大份(鮮奶卷),光是點菜上就非常讓顧客無所適從,也許貴飯店擔心顧客點餐後吃不完浪費,但另向思考,不是菜色每份數量標示越清楚,顧客才有辦法評估點餐量,不是嘛?。2.人員訓練不足~對於顧客的應對進退需加強,尤其當吃到飽的菜色無法繼續供給,顧客因此想“自費“單點,居然回覆不行,這讓我更無法理解,面對顧客願意自費購置,為何回覆不行?本想續找高階主管確認及溝通此事,此時有位服務員“林OO"(我們是13號桌)走前來關心,了解我所抱怨的情況後,貼心立馬處理(很感謝此位服務人員,真的請給予表揚,不然應該會負評更慘)。3.菜色口味改變了,個人不太喜歡,還是覺得以前比較好吃(😅😅😅)。4.母親節前夕皆是餐廳旺季,但現場人員真的不足(相當辛苦,尤其是吃到飽,人員真的跑到氣喘吁吁),如果可以,建議事先調動或有支援機制,以...
