泰里埔露營區 — Hotel in Jianshi

I would have given a zero rating if there is an option to. Place was poorly run. Other then the road towards the camp site was surprising well maintained, nothing else about this site impresses me. They are extremely poor with organizing their guest. Our area was a 10 slot site, but we ended up having to squeeze with 14 other tents in a small space, making it super cramped!!!! Basically every tent is facing each other. And when every other new campers arrived, they are pretty much met with the same question on where they can pitch their tent (because there is not much space between each tent!). Beautiful campsite down a windy rural road with some beautiful views. The owner doesn't speak English but she answered my Facebook message quickly and with google translate we were able to communicate. Also, apparently you can order BBQ meat that will be cooked over the fire at night, but we didn't know about that in advance.

One thing to note is that there didn't appear to be a water machine, so be sure to bring enough...

本人於109/2/23電致營主詢問，若要夜衝是否在露營樂訂1天；夜衝電話告知營主即可，營主表示：我既然都已經打電話了，就用電話訂位即可，若用露營樂訂位，露營樂會跟他們收取另外費用，我能理解，所以直接跟營主說好，營主表示要查一下還有無位置，就這樣等到了2/24才接到訂位成功的電話。 2/29發現露營樂訂位已滿場，因不清處營主及露營樂作業方式，擔憂自己電話訂位的與樂營樂訂位強碰，於是電制營主0937那隻電話確認，從2/29至3/4打了5通電話，不是轉接語音信箱就是沒人接，直到3/4早上8點半才與營主媽媽聯絡上，解說一番後，居然說要問她女兒，於是我等到中午沒等到電話，我打給他女兒也沒人接，又打給營主媽媽，媽媽說：我女兒沒打給妳嗎？可能帶水電工幹嘛幹嘛的，說他會跟她女兒說，我又等到了下午4.5點沒等到電話，打給營主媽媽，又說：我女兒沒打給你？要我等他10分鐘，會回撥給我，我又繼續等，等到3/5早上10點還是沒等到電話，於是我打給營主媽媽，營主媽媽又說：我女兒沒打給你？有請他一定要打給我，見鬼了，從2/29開始我就一直在等，等到今天，營主媽媽卻問我：我有付訂金嗎？我說沒有，當初你們電話告我訂位成功也沒有告知我要付訂金，現在才來扯你們的客人下訂後都會付訂金，請問你們有告知我嗎！要不是我再次確認，到底是想搞砸我這團的心情還是在露營樂訂位的露友心情，真的是太離譜！！！太離譜露...
