The hotel is old and filthy. The room was unswept and lots of hair and moths. Old tissue left outside. It isnt hot spring water! Just hot water. The bath doesnt have a spray to was it down before/after use and Im sure it isnt cleaned regularly. Wall stains everywhere. Woken up by loud and cinstant banging noises at 8 when the water heater machinery kicks in to start making hot water. Booked 2 nights and left after...

The hotel is old and filthy. The room was unswept and lots of hair and moths. Old tissue left outside. It isnt hot spring water! Just hot water. 1. 訂房時，小姐一直詢問要不要訂餐? 還告知假日只有套餐，買了二份二個人的套餐後，看後來進來的人都能點非套餐的餐點。感覺有被騙的感覺。 2. 只要是跟水有關的，都很差。 溫泉水會一下熱一下冷，水根本達不到50度，因為住宿，所以湯池是房內半戶外，所以四個人下去泡，水又不熱，愈泡愈冷。史上最溫涼的溫泉。 沖澡的水，很細水弱流，更不會熱。也是溫的，這可得省水標章。 馬桶，上面寫請按三秒，然後水還會堵回來再下去，我只是想沖個尿而以。 洗手檯，水也是會堵住，流出去的速度比刷牙呸的水還慢。 3. 晚上下雨了，結果洗水檯也在滴水。 4. 不適合老人的渡假村，餐廳要走很多的樓梯。有開車來還好，沒開車的。要走5分鐘的陡坡才會到。 5. 完全無殘障設施。 6. 會冷的東西，噪音都大。 房內冷氣會冷，但噪音超大，我已經開最弱的。但那轟轟聲大到一個不行，幸好是秋天，索性關了冷氣。 冰箱會冷，但晚上它的吵人程度不輸冷氣機。 7. 湯池的地板，排水管附近很髒 8. 關上燈，床上頭的燈會閃，還有一個在電視旁的壁燈像拍照閃光燈一樣，一直被拍的感覺。是說四人房應該不至於被偷拍。原來又是燈壞了。 9. 這兒服務人員只到21:30，其他問題請打緊急手機聯絡。問題是我水不熱，打緊急，好像也怪怪吧。 10. 房內排設：紗門超級難開關，都要二手一起用力拉推才行，還會發出聲音。靠門的牆上有面鏡，但位在床上，要照鏡子，帶隱形眼鏡還得爬上床 ------ 優點：空氣好。景觀好，綠意多 結論：來一次就好。
