Beautiful country & folks are warm, kind & very helpful. As a solo traveller if u r looking for a quiet place w authentic local taste & culture, this is an ideal place not fanciful but practical & down to earth people & place. Love d capable owner an aged young looking aunty is running d resort w her 2 helper. She is willing to go to d extra mile to take me to a neigbourhood restaurant to taste d freshly locally produce organic veggies & delicious home cook food & had d Huang Bin Shan seafood restaurant owner send me back to Chia-Bao hot spring resort! Stayed in the old building. The room is a bit run down but did not lack in amenities (travel toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, soap and shampoo). Was great using their outdoor hot springs. They have 6 pools, 2 which are heated to 23ish degrees, one around 30 degrees, and one at 40 degrees. Keep in mind to bring a pool cap or the shower cap from the room because they will not let you into the hot spring pools...

Expérience plutôt agréable malgré un accueil mitigé. J’espère que le personnel pourra s’améliorer sur ce point. Les bassins d’eau chaude sont grands et propres, plusieurs températures d’eau sont proposées. L’environnement est plutôt sympa également, entouré par la montagne et les plantations de bananiers, c’est un bon lieu pour se détendre.
