My family had 3 rooms reserved, learned they gave us rooms (#533, 535, 538) with VERY SMALL tub that only fit 1 person. We showed our concern & asked manager to show us other rooms. JULIAN IS HOTEL MANAGER who wants to charge us more money for upgrades. To avoid hassle we paid upgrades for 2 rooms. Later found out the upgrade didn’t include breakfast, then we paid more money for 3 ppl’s breakfast IF WE DON’T pay we need to book the room online which cause more time delay & will cost more per room upgrade. We cancelled 1 room & upgraded 2 rooms however asking for proof of the cancelled room. All our booking was prepaid with Agoda.com. I explained friendly to Julian, to follow up after check out tomorrow I like to have a receipt stated hotel allowed the return of 1 room & ensure us receive refund we need proof the room was cancelled. From 2pm since we arrived the hotel to 9:30pm, Julian was un-willing to issue a statement proof 1 room was cancelled. Though the room key with breakfast coupons for 2 people were taken away by him and no refund by hotel for the cancelled room that we didn’t use. He was not willing to certify with a statement that 1 room was cancelled (hotel accepted this cancellation) & JULIAN said he doesn’t care whether we get our money back from Agoda.com. I was stressful with this room problems from 2pm, by late night I ran out of my patience & start complaining to him on trying to give us hard time. At 9:15pm, 7+ hours since arrived hotel, I still has no room to check in. Finally I asked to give me a room & surrender in his mean attitudes. Julian said he can’t issue letter of statement on our room cancelled without getting money refund by them or Agoda.com because he can’t write in English. Later he also refused to issue the same letter in his mother language which is Chinese. This basically ruin my trip of relaxing in a Hot Spring resort due to his attitude & un-ethical conduct of took away our room without giving us money back or at least issue a proof for us to show room was in-used & cancelled. RUN AWAY FROM THIS MEAN MANAGEMENT IF HE IS THE HIGHEST RANK POSITION IN HOTEL WITH THIS SERVING PHILOSOPHY. 我絕對建議大家不要訂這家旅館,因為被騙了1個房間他們還不給收據證明。在我之前還有另外一個女士也在抱怨不同的問題,她也是不了了之的無可奈何地走了。尤其如果碰到這一位經理 Julian, 你還會失去夫人又折兵,無法得到任何的服務.因為這位經理是不甩顧客的感受的。HE WILL RUIN...

Hotel itself has some good amenities but staff are fairly under trained and often did not know what they were doing. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time. Got told that we could get in the rooms between 3-3.30pm only to find out the rooms weren’t ready when it was the official check in time at 4pm, and no one came to tell us when we could expect to get in. With two young kids waiting and waiting, it was getting more challenging. We didn’t get into our room until 4.30pm, and that was only because the room we booked still wasn’t ready (no one told us unless we asked!) and they had no choice but to put us in a bigger room. Cleanliness at this hotel was quite disappointing. My parents’ room was infested with more than 20 mosquitos and our room had little black blood sucking flies and my son got attacked. We ended up having to go to a chemist and spent a good fair amount of money on anti itching medicine and cream and spray. This hotel isn’t cheap and supposedly a 4 star hotel. We were overall very disappointed as staff didn’t seem to care and they didn’t do much about bug issues. We parked our car outside the lobby area and got told to move it. When this customer was allowed to park his Porche in the same area, we confronted reception staff why that particular customer could park outside the reception area, we were told it was the hotel owner’s friend so he could park there. So if you know the owner, you won’t have to follow any rules!! There are a few other things that just didn’t seem right. Traveled to this Taitung hotspring hotel with my family for 8 days and 7 nights, presidential suite. Room is very big, even has a 2/F with bed and washroom up there. Room seems a bit outdated, and the hot spring tub is not too big. Shower room door seal is fading, some water leakage on the ground after shower every time. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were great and delicious. But when we living there for 8 days, the food varieties didn't change at all. Hope the chefs can be more creative and add more dishes. Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. Swimming pool time and bicycle rental time were not whole day available. Only from like 8am to 11am, then afternoon another time slot, which was weird, wish its full day access. Had a library / lounge sofa area, a Nintendo video game area, and also a bubble area for infant/babies to play and crawl. Hope they did cleaning and sanitize on the bubble area daily, as that is crucial to babies. Also have a few rooms outside near the garden that is pet-friendly, for dogs or pets owners. Overall, it was still a nice and relaxing hot spring hotel experiences, There are many areas that can do some night shows or events or singing, add a small stage and simple audio and lightings, and hire some guitarists or pianist and do some live music jamming, and draw the guests to stay during the night time. Overall 4 stars~

剛看了近期評論,幾乎都是五顆星,原來只要打卡五顆星,就可以免費兌換冰淇淋….. 原來行銷飯店,五顆星這麼好賺,但入住體驗真的很差!要收那麼高的費用,對於服務也應該要有等值的回饋才對吧! 一開始上網查,寵物友善villa ,對有養寵物的人來說,是加分的,寵物在室內不能落地,但室外可以隨意走動,很棒!但後悔的事,沒有多查一下評論🫠 入住後,服務人員的態度跟環境直接扣到沒分了耶! 評價很兩極,真的入住過才知道,僅此一次,不會再入住了。 原本下訂一晚,因臨時增加了行程又多訂了一晚,所以變成有兩筆訂房訂單,電話中跟客服人員說,希望兩晚的訂單可以協助處理,同一個房間就好,對方答覆沒問題,這邊會幫你處理。 Check in後,發現櫃檯人員沒有給隔一日的早餐、晚餐餐卷,原本想用房間的電話詢問,結果電話壞掉了,去櫃檯詢問後,她回覆我,為什麼不早點一點說,明天的入住資料都已經用好了(態度不好就算了,請問沒有處理好是我的問題嗎?)入住前,我還特地打電話詢問是否可以,這樣就不用再換房間了,check in時,我沒有及時發現是我的錯,真的很抱歉耶! 後來,把隔天的餐卷給我後,我還有問她,這樣明天就不用退房了對吧!她回答對。 但隔天中午12:08接到飯店的電話,「小姐,退房時間已經到了,再麻煩儘速退房」 這電話代表,昨天的客服小姐沒有處理好問題呀!還回答我,對!到底是在對什麼…. 再來12:30左右房務人員,直接推開房外的木門,連敲門也沒有,看到人後,連一聲不好意思也沒有,還跟隔壁夥伴說有人耶!從這樣看下來就知道員工訓練很有問題,疫情期間人力不足,可以體諒,但是基本上的禮貌及態度應該要有吧!一樣做服務業的,我也沒有對你們態度不好啊!你們很忙我知道,我也很客氣的詢問,但態度也好一點吧! 入住環境遠看還好,近看不得了,一晚價格將近一萬元的五星級溫泉酒店,漱口杯是紙杯(原本覺得疫情期間,覺得ok,看完評論後,好像以前就這樣)浴室內外都沒有掛浴巾的掛鉤,好想問用過的是要掛哪裡晾乾,浴室內抬頭一看,蜘蛛絲一片,電視後也是一片蜘蛛絲,若設備再更老舊一些,加上幾隻蜘蛛,我會覺得農曆七月真的在住鬼屋🫠 小狗把玩具踢到床底下,低頭要撿時,看到床底下,一堆毛跟灰塵,跟櫃檯人員反應,她說我們每天都有在打掃,恩…..打掃的真的有夠乾淨耶! 第一晚的晚餐,寵物推著推車進餐廳,服務人員告知寵物在推車上,不落地就可以了,帶我們走進一區有毛小孩的位置,第二晚的晚餐,同樣推著推車,一到入口,入口人員態度非常不好的說,麻煩把寵物推車的蓋子蓋起來,咦!昨天其他推車也沒有蓋,狗還有探頭出來,我們也沒有蓋,今天怎麼那麼兇的說一定要蓋,不是強調寵物友善嗎?還一直走來看有沒有蓋起來,就算你討厭狗,也不用這種態度…. 今天Check out 時,因有申請國旅補助,櫃檯人員告知要傳送存摺資料至官方line,但第一天check in時,那位小姐說,會直接信用卡刷退,怎麼又說的不一致?!一上車後,越想越氣,覺得兩晚花將近兩萬元的住宿費,真的是花錢找罪受,直接在官方line告訴客服住宿體驗,回覆真的很不好意思造成您旅途的不愉快,沒多久就接到副總的電話,我也很客氣地跟他說沒關係,他也很客氣的說,希望下次還有機會服務。 對不起,真的沒有下次了,一次就嚇到了。 早餐好吃嗎?沒吃無法評論 晚餐好吃嗎?就一般,唯愛剝皮辣椒湯 隔音好嗎?真的不好,可以清楚聽到隔壁夫妻吵架內容,另一邊是聽到小孩玩鬧的聲音,還有撞牆壁的聲音,第二晚還聽到隔壁房的在高歌😅 蚊子多嗎?超多,雖然房外有蚊香,但沒有用喔!那個只要站在外面五分鐘,滿腳都是紅豆冰。

2025/2/8,一泊二食 在2024,1212的直播檔期購買的 (住宿券+晚餐券) 購買之後才想到 Google的評價如何? 有看到針對熱水不熱,環境清潔方面,餐點內容等的負評多到心裡很擔心起來了 但後來想買都買了,且買到的價格蠻划算的,所以決定入住看看。 入住的客房:637 進房馬上確認環境的問題 只有發現到電視機前面的椅子坐墊上有一根別人的頭髮& 電視機後面的卓面&面紙盒&電話器稍微有灰塵(不嚴重)。 認為需改善的地方是,浴室的捲簾可能不好洗發黴,廁所的玻璃門,進去關門時沒有即時用手扶它就容易關門撞擊,且撞擊聲很大到怕破裂的程度(接合面沒做緩衝的東西)。 另外擔心的熱水不熱問題是完全沒有,全程都有穩定的供應,出水不弱。女生一個人泡浴缸,放水約18分鐘就好了。排水也沒有堵塞。 我們沒有使用花曬。吹風機不是壁掛式,是沒有負離子的型。 衣架有4個,冬天來說衣櫃空間不夠。 除了電視櫃旁邊有插頭,床頭邊一處也有插頭,睡覺時手機可方便充電。 客房有陶瓷茶壺&杯子,但基本上沒有附茶包類的可沖泡的東西(1212直播時說有,故向櫃台確認,說現在已經沒有附..) [餐廳] 晚餐:自助式 雖然沒有生魚片,烤牛肉,但兩人餐費1212來說可以 種類不少,其中炸魚片,豬腳蠻好吃的,還有燙有機蔬菜,有吃飽。 早餐:自助式 有多種不錯的粥&麵包 其他是通常普通飯店出現的炒菜,菇類&生菜沙拉水果等 雞蛋料理的部分是只有水煮蛋 早&晚餐都有多種飲料可選 無糖芭樂葉的茶不錯喝 愛喝咖啡的人可以選,餐廳門口的大姐現煮的手沖咖啡。 [公共設備] 一樓有沙發桌子的閱讀區&小小古早遊樂區&球池(紅白機是免費),溫泉戲水區用的更衣室,洗衣間。 入口處有設飲水機(全飯店裡只要這裡一台)&只允許現場喝的各種飲料(果汁&茶類)機&紙杯,24H供應。 飯店內商店(小間); 營業時間 約1730左右-2100(有點忘記),可以買得到伴手禮,記念品&一次性用品 若要購買台東版乖乖,在這間或飯店在另路邊新開的比較大型的商店購買是最低價。 (另有供應午餐&甜點,飯店送的折價券可以使用,營業到傍晚) 室外溫泉戲水區; (也是免費租給房客腳踏車的登記處) 這一天氣溫不到20度,風也大,水溫不會讓人流汗,但有開放,也有監視人員(救生員?)在顧 飯店後面有養多隻梅花鹿 從戲水區旁邊的路走過去比較近。 6F溫泉男女裸湯; 入口處登記後給你一條大浴巾&櫃子鑰匙 裡面有飲水機&杯子,浴帽,吹風機,洗髮&沐浴精 開放時間15-22 有烤箱,沒有蒸氣室 淋浴間是做隔間有浴簾 有些蓮蓬頭&洗髮沐浴精座固定不良 總結; 最大目的的客房內溫泉,有享受到 裸湯有去泡,但晚飯休息之後才去就時間不夠,若晚上開到23點,上午也有開放就更好 飯店人員的態度,每個人都有禮貌親切認真做事,不錯的。 關於被Google批評的客房問題 有可能飯店後來有做改善? 或我們的入住期不是旺日的關係?總之沒有遇到 所以覺得,1212直播時應該買兩組,至少住兩天,還可以參加茶園小旅行,多一天泡湯放鬆。

2025/2/8,一泊二食 在2024,1212的直播檔期購買的 (住宿券+晚餐券) 購買之後才想到 Google的評價如何? 有看到針對熱水不熱,環境清潔方面,餐點內容等的負評多到心裡很擔心起來了 但後來想買都買了,且買到的價格蠻划算的,所以決定入住看看。 入住的客房:637 進房馬上確認環境的問題 只有發現到電視機前面的椅子坐墊上有一根別人的頭髮& 電視機後面的卓面&面紙盒&電話器稍微有灰塵(不嚴重)。 認為需改善的地方是,浴室的捲簾可能不好洗發黴,廁所的玻璃門,進去關門時沒有即時用手扶它就容易關門撞擊,且撞擊聲很大到怕破裂的程度(接合面沒做緩衝的東西)。 另外擔心的熱水不熱問題是完全沒有,全程都有穩定的供應,出水不弱。女生一個人泡浴缸,放水約18分鐘就好了。排水也沒有堵塞。 我們沒有使用花曬。吹風機不是壁掛式,是沒有負離子的型。 衣架有4個,冬天來說衣櫃空間不夠。 除了電視櫃旁邊有插頭,床頭邊一處也有插頭,睡覺時手機可方便充電。 客房有陶瓷茶壺&杯子,但基本上沒有附茶包類的可沖泡的東西(1212直播時說有,故向櫃台確認,說現在已經沒有附..) [餐廳] 晚餐:自助式 雖然沒有生魚片,烤牛肉,但兩人餐費1212來說可以 種類不少,其中炸魚片,豬腳蠻好吃的,還有燙有機蔬菜,有吃飽。 早餐:自助式 有多種不錯的粥&麵包 其他是通常普通飯店出現的炒菜,菇類&生菜沙拉水果等 雞蛋料理的部分是只有水煮蛋 早&晚餐都有多種飲料可選 無糖芭樂葉的茶不錯喝 愛喝咖啡的人可以選,餐廳門口的大姐現煮的手沖咖啡。 [公共設備] 一樓有沙發桌子的閱讀區&小小古早遊樂區&球池(紅白機是免費),溫泉戲水區用的更衣室,洗衣間。 入口處有設飲水機(全飯店裡只要這裡一台)&只允許現場喝的各種飲料(果汁&茶類)機&紙杯,24H供應。 飯店內商店(小間); 營業時間 約1730左右-2100(有點忘記),可以買得到伴手禮,記念品&一次性用品 若要購買台東版乖乖,在這間或飯店在另路邊新開的比較大型的商店購買是最低價。 (另有供應午餐&甜點,飯店送的折價券可以使用,營業到傍晚) 室外溫泉戲水區; (也是免費租給房客腳踏車的登記處) 這一天氣溫不到20度,風也大,水溫不會讓人流汗,但有開放,也有監視人員(救生員?)在顧 飯店後面有養多隻梅花鹿 從戲水區旁邊的路走過去比較近。 6F溫泉男女裸湯; 入口處登記後給你一條大浴巾&櫃子鑰匙 裡面有飲水機&杯子,浴帽,吹風機,洗髮&沐浴精 開放時間15-22 有烤箱,沒有蒸氣室 淋浴間是做隔間有浴簾 有些蓮蓬頭&洗髮沐浴精座固定不良 總結; 最大目的的客房內溫泉,有享受到 裸湯有去泡,但晚飯休息之後才去就時間不夠,若晚上開到23點,上午也有開放就更好 飯店人員的態度,每個人都有禮貌親切認真做事,不錯的。 關於被Google批評的客房問題 有可能飯店後來有做改善? 或我們的入住期不是旺日的關係?總之沒有遇到 所以覺得,1212直播時應該買兩組,至少住兩天,還可以參加茶園小旅行,多一天泡湯放鬆。
