The bnb is only a short walk away from the old street which makes finding food convenient. Do note that although it is a bnb, it does not provide breakfast. However it wasn’t that inconvenient as the market in Nanzhuang opens early and you can find their traditional noodles there or you can head to the nearest seven eleven which is just opposite to pick up breakfast. Read moreWife and I stayed in the quad room with balcony for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and comfortable and serene in the evenings. Mr and Mrs Nee were most friendly and hospitable and readily available to offer assistance or advice. We had the balcony all to ourselves and had steamboat dinner using the portable stove on 2 nights. We liked that the mingshu was away from the old town and yet accesible by a suspension bridge. We also liked that Family Mart was just a few steps away and available 24/7. I highly recommend this place to those planning a few days to explore the slow town Nanzhuang, Lion's Head Mtn and Ermei Lake. The only regret was the lack of breakfast...
