八煙溫泉會館 — Hotel in New Taipei

Baian Hot springs resort is off the beaten track, that is to say, not close to many popular spots such as Beitou or Yilan. There are no frills or fancy perks like expensive bath gel or flat screen televisions in the rooms. Yet, it is a perfect getaway, serving its purpose. The facilities were clean and neat, but the best thing was taking in the luscious mountain view and inhaling the fresh air as we soaked in the hot water. There's a public and private hot spring. We were there on a rainy Sunday afternoon and it was not super crowded. There's plenty of room to soak. The facility was relatively clean. 2022/02/10二訪（綜合價格/服務/硬體設備後個人評價更改為四星） 這次一樣使用gomaji的優惠票券，硬體部分就不再說明，畢竟好歹以前也是知名的溫泉會館，即便沒落但在經營者管理下，硬體狀態倒也維護的差強人意。這次主要是要稱讚此次的服務體驗。 這次服務人員一共兩位男性，與先前兩位女性工作人員相比，服務態度可謂天差地遠，櫃檯多了招呼與友善的態度，負責房務的男性服務人員更是禮貌周到，我想經營者一定有在關心自家的評價，所以這次體驗覺得很感動也覺得這樣的經營管理才會想讓人一再到訪，希望貴會館生意興隆，重回往日榮景。

2022/一月初訪（綜合價格/服務/硬體設備後個人評價為三星） 這次是使用gomaji的優惠票券，會館地點位於陽明山快到金山的路上，風景宜人，建物及周圍造景、整體氛圍也相當不錯，停車位置也相當寬敞，所以一下車就相當期待。 但可能是平日客人較少，所以櫃檯服務人員有點熱機不夠的樣子，感受不到服務的熱忱。 不過一到湯屋所在地的三樓後，就忘了剛剛的小不快，個人湯屋樓層像極了日式旅館，像是有點幽暗、極富風情的山中溫泉鄉小徑，每間客房的門外還都取了日本有名的溫泉地名，相當有意思。 進入湯屋後，令人驚訝的是可以赤腳在地板上走動而不感覺地板不清潔或黏膩，代表客房的清潔工作是有被徹底執行的，然後窗外的山景非常美，加上當天飄著毛毛細雨，以及裊裊山嵐，打開門進到客房外的露天風呂，景色就像是有點意味悠長的山水畫，讓人非常放鬆。 至於水溫個人覺得很剛好，不需另外再加冷水即可入池享受，再加上池子夠大，兩人可輕鬆入浴也不覺得擁擠或壓迫。 至於設備則令人覺得有些老舊，比方說牆壁上的壁紙都受潮掀起，露天風呂的玻璃圍牆上的霧面貼紙也是受潮掀起，然後水瓢也因為陳舊讓人不大敢使用。 結束泡湯要離開經過三樓的櫃檯遇到一位年紀稍長的女性工作人員，直接要我們把鑰匙拿給櫃檯，但說話的語氣態度也是令人有點不快的。我想相比設備的老舊，這裡的工作人員服務態度才是比較弱的一環，但撇除掉服務態度外這樣的價格提供這樣的場地...
