金山驛境 Gold Mountain Ranch Town — Hotel in New Taipei

I had a wonderful experience at the Taiwan Horse Range in Gold Mountain Range Town. The food here is delicious and truly satisfying. What I loved most was the peace and quiet—it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The surroundings are beautiful, with a nice flowing stream and breathtaking views of the mountains. The horses are well cared for and friendly, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced riders.

The accommodations are comfortable, with rooms equipped with both an air conditioner in good condition and a stand fan to suit your preference.

There are horse riding classes available, and if you just want a short experience, you can try riding a horse for a small fee. It's a great way to connect with nature and enjoy a unique activity.

We had a great weekend at the ranch! It has so many outdoor things to do here!

Horse riding experience comes with extra charge & if it's your cup of tea then you can go for their horse riding training, you can also do archery & airsoft at the onsite range.

Don't expect too much from the accommodations, as the ranch is surrounded by nature. You might want to bring a sleeping bag if bed cleanliness is a concern.

They also provide meals onsite which taste wonderful! The staff's service & attitude is top notch. We had issues with moving our luggage out from the ranch to Taipei & the staff volunteered to arrange an Uber to ferry us back to Taipei!

All in all it's not glamping but I feel it does give us the best rugged outdoor experience...
