Cocos Hot Spring — Hotel in Ruisui

Pro: water slide, water guns and kids pool. Our kids really enjoyed it. The 3 hot pools with different temperatures were great for parents to soak in for over an hour. Breakfast was really good Chinese food. Front desk and kitchen staff very friendly.||||Con: No good places to eat in town. We drove around for awhile looking and finally found a place. No sauna. Hot spring pools open after 6pm-10:40pm. We only stayed 1 night, but didn't see that there was much to do during the day. No coffee in room. Hotel a little run down with some clutter. Need to provide bathrobes to walk to pool. Water in bathroom dripping all the time. ||||I tried to book 2 rooms online through booking.com but only 1 room was available. When we arrived, there were many available rooms and we were able to get another room. I almost didn't go as we have 4 kids and...

Clean room. Saw them clean the pool area the next morning, so have confidence in the cleanliness. Can change bath towel after the use of hot spring, so we can have dry towel for bath, a very considerate gesture. Staff are very pleasant, always greet us with smiles. They also provide hot spring water in the bathroom in the room. Right next to this hotel is a convenience store. Take 8-10 minutes to drive to the town centre though.||||Understood the bath tub in room may have "stains" because of the minerals in the hot spring water, and they do provide scouring cloth in the bathroom, I hope they can provide also cleaning liquids. But apparently there's some black water stains on...
