Guanwu Villa — Hotel in Tai'an

Stayed one night (on April 5/6) during tomb-sweeping holidays. For 6050 NTD for one night + breakfast + dinner, I thought that the stay in a 3 stars hotel with meals would be excellent. (it is at this time more than the cost of a night in a Bangkok 5 stars hotel!!!). I found instead the equivalent of a mountain refuge whose value would not exceed 3000 NTD in public holidays: Cannot accept European gold credit card / Have to check out before 10 am/ Room and bathroom very clean but extremely small with scratches in the wooden bed floor/ Dinner quite ordinary which I even didn’t feel good / Concert of frog under the bathroom window all the night (even closed) / Obligation to collect back the used dishes, plates and cutlery like in a canteen. It looks like the search of a maximum profit during holidays, but by looking too much for short term benefit, you will lose the clients who will soon find that it is less expensive to find other much better and...

Basically the cost are same at NT$400 per head, while the food provided are the same, no wonder all foods came within 5 minutes
