梅林親水岸 — Hotel in Taichung

The location is very remote much further into the mountain from town centre. Well designed place but most facilities eg swimming pool, shops were not open. Staff were unfriendly and nowhere to be seen. We had to knock and open the door ourselves to have our breakfast at 830. Halt in between from our island tour. Perhaps we caught the resort during the off-season, but the grounds were completely unkempt. Our room was only cleaned superficially, dust and dirt behind the curtains or raised areas. Ants all over the room, especially in the bathroom. There was no ceiling on the bathroom/toilette room and therefore we had not privacy on the toilette.

8/13「入住當日」老闆就「私下」把我們訂的觀星房改成觀景房，老闆跟先到的同行友人說：因為有團體來，所以犧牲我們三個家庭的三間觀星房（當日房價3000，我們訂3間），老闆就「自己私下決定」把我們的房型改掉（超誇張，沒有提早跟我們說也沒有事先告知喔，而我們就是要去看星星的，但最扯的是，觀星房的屋頂窗簾不能使用，也沒有提早跟我們說，「是當日才跟我們說」，根本就是強迫我們接受），上訴這些很誇張的事，都真的是刷新我的三觀.

而當日狀況是這樣的：星期六下午2～3點，同行友人先到，馬上打給我確認確認訂的房型（因為是我訂的），因為他們到時，老闆默默的直接把先到的同行友人直接帶到觀景房，大家才知道我們的房間被老闆「私下」改掉了（而我line都有跟老闆的訂房資訊，我就馬上回傳給同行友人，讓同行友人確認房型），然後同行友人打給我，讓我跟老闆溝通，經過我跟老闆的一番很激烈理論後，他才把房間改回觀星房（過程中老闆談的很不悅時，老闆他就說：不然我錢退給你們，你們不要住了，超扯，我都不知道你在囂張什麼的，要不是同行友人很能忍耐，想說三個家庭的小孩難得可以一同出遊，而且當日星期六下午3點多了，是可以去哪裡找露營區，且那天我們也自己帶了一堆烤肉食材，唉，大家想一想算了，就住吧），而且我最不能接受的是：我們人都到了，才跟我們說房間沒辦法看星星，因為屋頂窗簾壞掉了真的有夠誇張（你知道你們讓同行的小孩很失望嗎？出發前幾天我們大人一直跟小孩說：我們的房間可以看星星喔，結果咧？！），且園區蚊子多到一個誇張，小孩玩個水，被叮到滿頭包，另原訂7/9要入住，因爲同行友人確診（同行友人7/5確診被匡列隔離，我7/5跟老闆道歉，順道問說能不能改時間到8/13），你讓我們改時間，我當下真的衷心感恩，但你後期的處理態度也太差太誇張了吧，園區蚊子真的也太多了吧，且兒童設備有點老舊，晚上洗澡熱水的冷熱極度不穩定，小孩都被燙到哇哇叫，我希望不要只有我們知道，希望讓大家都知道，做生意是長久的，也許你遇到的客人都悶不吭聲，但遇到我，我就據實回答，希望你們能自我改善，不然我相信我應該不會是...
