娜路彎銀河酒店 — Hotel in Taitung City

First off the hotel is at the edge of the city in an industrial area. Our view listed as “mountain view” was of an old warehouse with dogs barking all night.

We waited in line to check in. We waited in line to eat breakfast and there weren’t enough on site parking and had to park on the street.

Ok the room was comfortable, but the balcony wasn’t clean and looked like it had never been cleaned before. You shouldn’t advertise a balcony and not make it appealing for people to want to go out and use it.

The worst part was the breakfast. Thank God it was included with the price of our room. They charged $400nt for breakfast if not included. The food was beyond bad. I’ve had better food at the dirty local night market. Disgusting food.

I only gave 2 stars because the bed was comfortable, but that’s it. Do not stay here. Total...

We were on a group tour so we had no choice in the matter. I'd say that you'd normally not stay here as it is located miles from any form of life. There are no restaurants or even shops in the vicinity so make sure you eat before you arrive. However I thought the room was pretty good. The bed was nice and comfy and we got a good night's sleep. However either there was something wrong with the television or the remote as it was a horrible task to change the stations. We had to click and click and click just to move every channel along one and since it is well nigh impossible to find an English-speaking channel as it is, this was torture.
