Fish Hotel – Taitung — Hotel in Taitung City

This is the worst 4 star hotel lol… should’ve been rated as a 2 star hotel. Stayed here as this is a hotel chain group in Taiwan and thought there would be some sort of quality. First, room quality is poor and outdated, don’t need to mention the size but the bed is stiff like rock and just right next to the washroom. They lay all the bathroom amenities just right outside the bathroom and they don’t even have hand soap provided… super small sink and rooms looks dusty and not clean properly. Aircon is freezing and cannot be adjusted we asked the staff but they can’t even help us solve the problem turns out we have to turn off the aircon… one last thing breakfast is the worst, don’t mention the food quality I won’t expect much… but it’s super crowded we had to wait for seats, they did not have a proper organization of breakfast schedule that cost this issue. We will never return to this hotel group anymore and hopefully the senior management would acknowledge the issues the have with this hotel group and...

Good hotel in a good location in downtown Taitung.

Rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Great water pressure in the shower.

Staff were nice but not overly friendly.

They let me store my bicycle next to lobby as I was doing a trip around the island.

Good location near lots of restaurants and about a 10 mins walk to the night market.

Chambre twin bed dite "de luxe", bookée par Agoda. La première impression est plutôt décevante. Le premier sentiment est que l'on ne vous a pas attribué la chambre réservée sur Agoda, mais si, en y regardant à deux fois, c'est bien la même. C'est juste que le photographe est excellent... La chambre est plutôt petite, la salle de bain est minuscule. Je ne suis pas sûr que cela fasse les 23 m2 promis. Ambiance vieillotte, odeur de renfermé et d'humidité, bref difficile de croire à un 4*. Ceci étant dit, j'y ai très bien dormi, literie de qualité et pas de bruit. De ma chambre j'avais vue sur mer, lointaine, mais c'est toujours sympa. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est excellent, chinois mais très varié. L'hôtel propose des vélos en prêt, ce qui est plutôt sympa pour visiter la ville. Et l'accueil à la réception est professionnel et en anglais très correct. J'ai vu une machine à laver, et à sécher, donc je pense qu'il est possible de faire une lessive. Finalement si vous obtenez un bon prix, ce n'est peut-être pas une...
