Was so excited for this day since it's a family trip, and was expecting a lot from the reviews.
Unfortunately, it wasn't what the reviews seem to be, maybe we're the unlucky ones.
I don't want to just express only the bad parts so I will start from the good part.
They have pick up service from the nearest train station, which is convenient for some of our family members who don't drive.
They have karaoke, mahjong, board game, table football, push bikes, playing cards to keep everyone busy.
The view should be nicer if the reservoir is not this dry.
You don't have to worry about dinner and breakfast, it's included in the stay, hence, the price.
Quite spacious to do activities.
Here comes the unpleasant parts.
The common area was a bit unorganized, lighting is a bit not bright enough.
There was some guy working there who yelled at the kid for throwing little stones to the land with nothing on it. Little girl was scared.
While we were all enjoying doing whatever we were doing, some people walked in the building wondering around and start to take pictures of themselves. I went to ask the owner if these people are his friends, he answered "yes."
We felt disturbed because we booked for the whole building and didn't expect others joining the area. And they starting to drink tea and chat with the owner. However, the owner didn't let us know there will be people coming.
I booked the building because we wanted privacy.
Dinner was cooked by owner's wife, we have a total of 17 people but there were only so much food. We did pay extra for each extra person. Many of us ended up eating instant noodles we bought after.
The room is clean but not that big or impressive.
Breakfast was served with only few dishes too, only coffee and no tea. I ask if there was tea and the owner said no but there was tea box right next to him. That's for his friends I guess.

家庭出遊全家人在此選擇了包棟住宿。
先說房間及備品的部分，漂亮玻璃屋的房間數不多，據家人所述玻璃屋房景色不錯，我們住到了非玻璃屋區的房間，這個區域的房間沒有電視，隔音差並不意外，就是木頭隔間，然而浴室排水系統簡直不可思議，頭都還沒洗完水就滿到腳踝必須先關水…不然怕水淹到房內，還要等水超級緩慢排完才有辦法繼續洗………；民宿有準備可以帶走的毛巾，但建議自備，毛巾毛絮很多質感不怎麼樣。
再來是食物的部分，加錢請民宿準備晚餐，食物是好吃的，但是份量完全不足，沒有一個人吃飽，還好我們自己帶了很多零食，這費用加的很不值得。
最後是服務的部分，家人住玻璃屋，房間內提供的安博盒子無法使用，向民宿老闆反應，老闆拿了另一台電視盒子過來，家人向民宿老闆建議房內可準備兩台，這樣如果一台壞了還有另一台可備用，老闆卻回應：「我不要裝電視不就好了？我之後都不要提供電視好了。」好心建議卻得到這樣的回應？這樣的態度讓人完全不想再回訪。
另外，第一次體驗包棟，跟我們想像的不太一樣，老闆全程待在公共區域，沒有自己完全擁有一個空間的感覺，做什麼都有人在一旁盯著看，可能民宿想適時提供協助...
