I recently booked a stay at Burudika Hotel through your platform for a site inspection visit with friends, and I would like to share my honest feedback regarding the experience.||Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations, primarily due to the following issues:||Service and Room Comfort: The quality of service was subpar, with little attention to guest needs. The rooms were uncomfortable, lacking the standards of cleanliness and amenities that one would expect.||Overall Decline in Quality: It is evident that the hotel has faced challenges following a management change. Based on local feedback and my own observations, the property has not been maintained, and the new administration appears unable to uphold the previous standards of service and hospitality.||Guest Experience: The overall guest experience was disappointing, with noticeable gaps in staff training and property management. The price of the lodge is completely overpriced, no luxury is offered, but rather aged facilities and minimal service. The "exclusive" pool promised on the homepage simply does not exist, we had to make do with a shower. The free airport transfer does not exist either, instead you have to pay the completely overpriced prices of the hotel shuttle. The lodge is so remote that one is completely dependent on what is offered from the lodge. Although we had agreed on an all-inclusive price in advance, the manager wanted to add various fees totalling $125 to our bill (we were only there for one night), as well as charge for drinks separately. The promised à la carte menu only offers a choice of two main courses, pork or beef. The cuisine is mediocre, the veranda with a view of the lake is nice, but that doesn't compensate for the feeling of being completely ripped off. We had a wonderful holiday with actually only great accommodation, unfortunately this lodge was not only the end point of our trip, but also the absolute low point, I have rarely fallen into such a tourist trap.
