Let me begin by saying this: we have had some wonderful experieces in Africa, but this has been amazing. Fantastic.

Catain Brian has invested a lot into the staff at the lodge. The service is impecable. A huge investment has been made in training. Everyone, and I mean everyone, provides great service. Top notch.

The staff that looks after the the room, the food service staff, the food service staff are top drawer. Really exceptional.

Chef Gervais is phenomenal. I am a foodie. The options, the presentations, the tastes are exceptional. Seriously. The Chef's soups are to die for.

The service is the best we have experienced and we have been to great places, including Gibbs Farm.

The facilities are clean and comfortable. The room is well appointed and attended. We have no compaints at all.

The area is great for safari.

I have no hesitation saying you won't be disappointed here. Highly recommend this...

We stayed in six different lodges and camps for a two week safari and this was BY FAR my favorite out of many very good locations. The camp is beautiful with immense attention to detail. The decor and comfort in the main lodge area were unparalleled. The main lodge was set up such that we were able to make friends with fellow travelers, converse with the camp staff, and also find time to relax on our own when desired. A new and luxury camp indeed This camp was inside the national park. One tent serving meal. Another tent serving meal+lobby. Nicely decorated. An African safari look. Staffs were well trained. Professional! They also have a camp fire outdoor with table for dining. The rooms are nicely decorated. Except the lighting a bit too dark. You can see lots of animals around this camp like zebra. Giraffes. Elephants. Impala... A very good camp to stay in serrengett....
