Oremiti Lodge was beautiful place to stay overall. ||The food was excellent, the lodging was really nice and the pool was a great touch!||It didn't feel as personal as some of the other lodges where we stayed on our trip. The people were friendly, but not super helpful. I was on a trip with my mom, and we wanted to have a drink by the pool... they were out of a lot of their cocktails they had on the menu, and limited beer selection. It also took a long time for service. The wifi is also quite spotty here. In all other lodges we stayed, there was turn-down service (the shades drawn at night, lights put on in the rooms so you could easily find your way after dinner, and the beds were turned down-- they did not do this here, and I found it to be rather odd. My mom and I spent a good 15 minuets after dinner to prepare our room for sleeping. Other than that, it was a clean and picturesque lodge to stay. There was nothing bad, per se, just not the level of service we had gotten used to...

The food was plentiful and delicious and they accommodated our vegan's dietary restrictions quite nicely. There is a private cabana available for a romantic dinner. While taking a stroll along the property, a Maasai escorted us and gave an impromptu very educational tour and history lesson. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! One of our party said she could stay there for a month. Big shout out to Michele for his...
