Read moreThis review is mainly for daily visitors. We were 7 and 2 kids. We were completely disappointed with the service we received from there. Entry fee: 10,000 tsh per person. With this entry fee, we can access the pool. We had planned to use the pool, but it was full, and it's small compared with other beach resorts nearby (picture attached). So it is not worth for 10k. Food and service : I am searching for more words than just "disappointed". The price is unbelievable. For 500 ml of water - 3k, one chips - 6k, one chips-mayai : 12,000 (but they are putting 3 eggs 😜, so it's worth). So from it you can compare the prices. Anyway, I'm attaching the menu. The price is their rights, if you can afford, take it or leave it. But after charging this 5 star rate, we are expecting minimum quality. They served 5k bear in a plastic cup and even half-cooked biggest potato chips with a plastic fork. (They have their own reason for that "it's holiday 🙄" , even its holiday same charge with poor service) but after we complained to f&b manger we got the glass and fork (after too much pushing on him). I didn't write this many words even in my exam essays, but now I am disappointed that much, so I have to... This review is not to let down any business. At least they can change their mentality towards the customer and those who are planning to go there refer the menu for price. I have added the details because after reached there we didn't have any options, we paid 70k as entrance fee!!!
