Marriotti Hotel Dar es Salaam — Hotel in Dar es-Salaam

Rooms were not on standard the beddings are old enough needs to be replaced. Breakfast was not good always the same breakfast Monday to Monday. Needs to be improved by adding different things. Generally customer service is good but more improvements needed. Wifi was on and off in some rooms especially at night. Cleaners were very kind and doing their job well but facilities needs to be upgraded to current standard. I will go there again if I'm in Dares salaam....

We enjoyed the freshly grilled fish at their restaurant.The Manager was quite charming to us.The rooms are a bit old and loud music at night on Fridays from nearby club but we asked the reception to change us to rooms facing the opposite direction and luckily for us there was an extra 2 rooms.Location is near Tazara if you wanna connect to the Tazara...

Electricity in Tanzania is still spotty so expect powercuts. The room I stayed in had a bathroom close to the porcelain throne so water from baths stay. Otherwise it's a good space. there's complimentary breakfast if you care. It's accessible by Uber, Bhajaj and Boda. Expect traffic jam...
