Sun N Sand — Hotel in Dar es-Salaam

One of the most annoying things is the loud annoying music they keep. It's just too annoying. When you go to the beach you're expecting a peaceful environment. There are many other places if one wanted to go for a loud party environment. Food and drinks are overpriced. 2000 for a small bottle of water?? And they didn't even stock bigger bottles. You can't even have decent hydration after swimming in the hot weather in salty water! The food was expensive too, most of the dishes above 20,000, the butter chicken we ordered was pretty decent though. It would have been nice if there was a place for praying - you just have to pray on the sand. Also, apart from just having washrooms in the corner, it would be nice to have maybe a clean changing room, especially for women? Where we can change comfortably without the sand sticking everywhere! Maybe there was, but not on...

Nice place, good environment, clean, spacious. They need to improve in the management system. It is a family owned property, but the whole family can't run a hotel.

The food is super super expensive normally chicken chips range from 6-8k in town in hotels 12-15k here it is 22k, I think owners want to recover their cost overnight

We had an issue but the family didn't consider for it. We went for day out and paid for it, but soon we entered the property and seeing the property and family room we thought to stay a night they charged us for a room and didn't refund our day out payment.

There's no customer service 😕

If the hotel will have proper management it will be excellent...

Nice place but my complains are the customer service at the reception and the food today I went there with my family we ordered pizza and waited for almost 3 hours just to me Served can you imagine we had kids they waited for that long just to eat and finally when the food cm the pizza was literally just like eating plain bread u can't see any vegetables or even the chicken pieces in the pizza and it cost 22000Tsh. It was my first time coming there And for the experience I had today I am never going back . I would rather go to kijiji beach every...
