Mesuma Hotel — Hotel in Dodoma

Such a shame that the service at this place was terrible. The staff were so rude and unprofessional they made our stay hell. We had to move out while we had paid for two nights we ended up staying only one. Even the food was horrible and nobody seemed to care about our complaints. Will never stay there again or even advise anyone else to do so. Lousy nasty place. I doubt if the owner knows how bad those people are...

Nice place. One of the housekeeping staff forced us to leave the room so that she can change the bed covers which isn't professional. Same day that evening, I called the receptionist to ask for help, a glass was broken and she said we have to pay for it but it wasn't included in receipt 😑 And they were having a hard time communicating...

We stayed in Mesuma lodge with 3 other families to visit relatives in Dodoma. It is a very clean hotel with attentive staff. Our rooms were large and comfortable with AC, ceiling fans and spotless ensuites. Every morning we were served a very good hot breakfast with fresh fruits, teas, coffees.
