Baobab Lodge Serengeti is an absolutely stunning property set right in the middle of the jungle, giving you a raw yet luxurious safari experience. At first it was a little hard to spot, but once we settled in, it felt magical. The tents are gorgeous, spacious, very comfortable, and each has an open outdoor balcony lounge where you can sit back and soak in views of the animals and wildlife. It felt completely safe despite being deep in the jungle. On our first day, we spent hours just sitting on our balcony watching a whole herd of elephants play and drink from the water body right in front of our lodge. At night, we even heard lions roaring nearby, surreal and unforgettable! The reception assured us it was normal and safe, with plenty of security guards patrolling with flashlights. The restaurant was lively, serving good food with a nice selection of wines and local beers. It did get crowded at peak times, but that actually made it fun to meet and chat with other safari travelers from around the world. The full board option was convenient, though the packed lunches for safari picnics were quite average and could be improved. The staff were warm and attentive. Every time we walked to and from the restaurant, a security guide with a flashlight accompanied us. One evening there was a delay and we had to wait quite a while due to no mobile or WiFi connectivity, but the staff sincerely apologized and even surprised us with a cake on our last day to make up for it, a lovely gesture. As for amenities, the water wasn’t always hot, but since the camp runs on solar power in the heart of the jungle, it felt fair and part of the authentic experience. Overall, Baobab Resorts Serengeti offers an extraordinary stay, breathtaking tents, close encounters with wildlife, and heartfelt hospitality. A truly unique experience right in the heart of Africa.

We stayed at Baobab for 3 nights, and our stay here was one of the most memorable. The staff is exceptional and really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. The staff's nightly song and dance is something truly special - with their big heartwarming smiles, it lifts up even the most tired souls after a long safari day. The camp rooms are very big with windows all over so you can get a good view of your surroundings, and the bed is very comfortable. The only issue was that the water pressure in our bathroom was very low - more like a trickle, which made bath time after a tiring day quite frustrating. Perhaps we should have raised it, but I kept forgetting. I am a vegetarian, so though the options were very limited, they were quite delicious. On one occasion, the chef even made a surprise separate meal from me. This is what I mean by the staff being very considerate. Overall it is a lovely place that lives in your heart even after you've left.

Baobab camp is located in the heart of Serengeti, that is in the center of Serengeti, with a river nearby. Tents, staff, service, view, food, was all so nice. We reached Baobab camp at near about 7 PM and were welcomed by the pride of lions at just the entrance of Baobab camp. During checking in, there was a wild buffalo roaming, Then just as we checked in, and were having dinner, there was a serval cat behind the diner. And as we were headed to our tents, there was a Hippo roaming just in front of our tents. These all happened in a span of 2 hours. So, I was little scared to stay in tents. But the staff was very much helpful. They will escort you to your tents with full security. At night, you will get to listen to the roaring of lions and sounds of buffalos and hippos, hyenas, etc. This was once in lifetime experience to sleep amidst wild animals. Talking about tents and food, tents were equipped with basically every basic thing. And food was also very tasty.

Our three-night stay at Baobab Central Serengeti Camp was truly amazing and the perfect base for our Serengeti adventure. This lodge exceeded our expectations and provided an incredible, authentic safari experience. The lodge boasts a very good location, which allowed us to easily discover and explore diverse parts of the Serengeti National Park each day. This convenience really maximized our game viewing time. The accommodation itself was superb. The tents were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The large veranda was a highlight, allowing us to continue our safari experience right from the tent! We enjoyed watching dik-diks having their early dinner just a few meters away and spotting zebras and giraffes visible on the horizon. The staff was exceptional—very attentive, friendly, considerate, and fun! They truly made us feel welcome. The food was excellent, and the chefs were notably attentive, happily considering our requests and ensuring every meal was delightful. The open premises allowing wild animals to enter the property made the entire stay magical and unforgettable. Experiencing the Serengeti wildlife and hearing nature so close at night was the perfect finishing touch. We highly recommend the lodge to anyone seeking comfort, great service, and an authentic, thrilling safari experience in...

What an extraordinary welcome to the Serengeti! Baobab, which gets its name “The Tree of Life,” is a phenomenal respite that redefines luxury in the wild, literally. ||The accommodations were stunning – beautiful hardwood floors, comfy bed with handcrafted wooden headboard and frame, and a welcomed traditional Western bathroom with both a “real toilet”||and indoor and outdoor showers. The common areas— reception, dining and lounge, were perfectly designed with good WiFi. At night, there was an option to gather round the fire pit, watch the stars and listen to the nearby animals. ||||The staff's attention to detail is phenomenal. They require escorts to and from your room during evening as a genuine reminder that you're in real wilderness. The chefs are absolute artists, enthusiastically accommodating requests and turning every meal into a personalized culinary adventure that rivals high-end restaurants. I have an extremely limited palette and they prepared chicken for me every night!||||This is hands-down the best wilderness luxury experience I've encountered. They've mastered providing five-star amenities while maintaining that authentic "you're really in the wild" feeling. If you want a natural escape that doesn't compromise on comfort or...
