I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Serengety and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly service from the staff. Our room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the savannah and all the amenities you could ask for. The food at the hotel was also exceptional, with a variety of options to choose from. One of the things that truly made our stay special was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience, and we truly felt like VIPs. The hotel also offers a variety of activities and excursions, such as game drives and hot air balloon rides. We were lucky enough to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and zebras, during our game drive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, including Haika who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Haika was our point of contact for the duration of our stay and she made sure that every aspect of our trip was taken care of. She helped us with our flights and even arranged for us to have a massage and a game drive. The spa experience was one of the highlights of our trip and the game drive was truly an unforgettable experience, seeing all the wildlife in their natural habitat. Our guide, Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife and culture of the Serengeti. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience, taking us on early morning game drives. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely well trained and focused on fulfilling every need we had. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner we had at the Discovery Center. The staff arranged for us to have a private dinner while watching a documentary about the Serengeti. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable time. The rooms were also top-notch and we had a wonderful private pool. They were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking and we were able to watch the wildlife right from our balcony. One of the things that stood out to me during our stay was the laundry credit that was included in our room. We were given $100 per day to use towards laundry and dry cleaning services, which was such a nice surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. It's the little touches like this that make a big difference and make the Four Seasons stand out from other hotels. One of the highlights of our trip was the infinity pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Serengeti. The pool itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff were always on hand to bring us drinks and snacks while we lounged in the sun. Overall, our stay at the Four Seasons Serengety was nothing short of magical. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in the heart of the African wilderness. Thank you Four Seasons Serengety for making our stay so special!

Recently stayed here on my honeymoon for 5 nignts and I cannot recommend this lodge enough. More details on the game drives (safaris) and the stay experience below. Thoughts on the Game Drives: Our tour guide, Awadhi Khalifa Hamisi, made our game drives on our honeymoon truly unforgettable. I have never met a tour guide who is so caring, knowledgable and skilled. Given how remote the drives cam be, I was a bit nervous at first. We soon felt very safe with Khalifa. Khalifa was comitted to helping us find all of our animals of interest. By day 2, Khalifa enabled us to see "the big five". Truly astonishing. I highly recommend seeking Khalifa out if you want to have the best safari experience in the world! The Land Cruiser was very well maintained and had A/C and a mini fridge! The RSA safari conversion was very well done. All seats were very comfortable and sturdy. We felt very safe both on the brutal african roads as well as in the bush up close with the animals. Land Cruiser > Defender 😉 Thoughts on the Staff: Skander the Director of Food and Beverage, as well as Anne, the Manager of Food and Beverage guest experience, really made our experience and stay at the lodge unforgettable. Special shoutout to Anne for a phenominal job with collecting guest feedback about the food/bev dining experience. Anne - Lauren and I will truly miss you, your bright and positive attitude, as well as your personality. You are truly a rising star at the lodge. We look forward to our next visit with you. Housekeeping exceeded our expectations with how well our room was tended to and upkept while we were out on our daily game drives. Reception did a wonderful job of greeting us, getting us settled into the room and handling dinner reservations for us. The Security team helped us feel VERY safe at night when dining outside or walking back to our rooms. I personaly felt at ease knowing we had some Massi tribesmen guarding the lodge. Other standouts: Josephine our server and also the gym trainer enabled me to work out more effectively at the lodge and tended to our needs well when dining by the pool for lunch. Thank you Josephine for helping me optimize my gym gains 😁 Alexander (Alex) did an EXCEPTIONAL job tending to our needs at the pool. Alex went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were comfortable and tended to. Alex is also very knowledgable on the Serengeti Wildlife and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking to him about our gave drives and learning more knolwedge about the animals. Alex has a very funny, light hearted personality that resonated strongly with us. Negative feedback: The pool needs a bit of work, and yes i know this is very tough given the remote location of the lodge. Ensuring the pool level is always topped off would go a long way. The pool level got low during our stay and, as a result of the infinity edge design, the water was not circulating or getting skimmed/filtered which made for less than ideal swimming experience with all of the wildlife đŸ’© and dead bugs in the water. Once again, I know this is very tough, but I hope this can spark some constructive problem solving to address. Hats off to the whole Four Seasons crew for executing so well on our lodge stay, we surely will return!!

Our stay at the Four Seasons Serengeti was truly incredible, and it's difficult to capture all the wonderful moments and people that made it so memorable. The staff at the resort made us feel like family, remembering our names and genuinely welcoming us with open arms. This level of hospitality is unmatched in any other resort I've stayed at around the world. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beds and pillows that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the water hole, where we could watch local wildlife come to drink. It truly felt like being in the open bush. The main restaurant impressed us with its modern menu and stunning views of the watering hole. The daily breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options including coffee, fresh juices, pastries, meats, cheeses, cereal, fresh fruits, salad bar, and custom-made eggs. They also had a hot breakfast buffet with classic options like bacon, sausages, potatoes, and a mix of local African dishes. The Boma restaurant provided a unique dining experience with its menu of local African cuisine. What made it even more special was the ritualistic high jumping ceremony performed by native Massai tribe members every night during the meal. It was truly a sight to behold. Our full day game drive through the Serengeti was an unforgettable experience. We witnessed thousands of zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, and multiple herds of elephants and giraffes. We were incredibly lucky to even see a female mother lioness walking her cubs just a few feet away from our vehicle. The Bush Dinner experience is a must-do if you have the opportunity. It was one of the most romantic and unique dinner experiences we've ever had. A private candle and campfire lit 5-course dinner on the Serengeti plain created a truly memorable atmosphere. During check-in, there was a mix-up with our room type, but the hotel immediately rectified the situation by providing us with a complimentary room upgrade. However, this caused us to forget about our passports, which we had already locked in the hotel safe. It wasn't until close to check-out that we realized they were missing. The hotel staff and security sprang into action and conducted a thorough investigation. Thanks to the exceptional efforts of Fausta Mselia, a hotel staff member, our passports were located in the safe of our previous room. She truly saved our trip, and we were overwhelmed with gratitude. Throughout our stay, we had a personal driver named Awadhi, who was assigned to us by the Four Seasons. Awadhi was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and excitement. He took care of everything from airport pickup to safari game drives, balloon experience transport, and even the drive to the airport for our departure. Saying goodbye to Awadhi was bittersweet, as he had become a close friend in a very short time. His knowledge, genuine nature, helpfulness, warmth, and commitment to our safety were truly remarkable. Overall, the Four Seasons Serengeti is an easy 5 out 5 stars across the board. The resort is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the food is incredible and I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

Hotel Overall Experience - Simply EPIC!

Wow, what an exceptional place!!! We honeymooned here and we’re met with the most incredibly welcoming staff and Masai tribesmen. From experiencing the best safaris of the Serengeti to unwinding in their incredible spa, the Four Seasons exceeded all of our dreams and desires.

Four Seasons thinks of everything!
It’s like they read your mind or something:) Every single detail was handled with care by multiple people and we were continually amazed how there was never anything missing!

The 4 Seasons is by far our favorite hotel brand, primarily because of the people. Every single person at the property made us feel completely at ease and safe. They are beyond friendly
its like being at home.

Attitudes were unbelievably great at every level! NEVER was told no or we cant. In the rare times we requested something special (because they already had thought of every detail), it was always taken care of with a smile, and if they couldn’t get exactly what we needed, they would offer alternate solutions to take care of us without prompting.

We cant say enough about the people at the hotel!!!

The property is gorgeous and the rooms are impeccably comfortable with beautiful views of the Serengeti. The food throughout was delicious, including packed lunches with our favorites each day for our game drives. The spa experience was once in a lifetime with open air views and top notch masseuses.

Individual People that made our stay so EPIC:

Marissa (manager) - She greeted us at the very beginning of our stay and checked in on us multiple times. She was very friendly and accessible. She made sure we were completely happy throughout and helped us to determine our game plan while there. It’s not surprising that her team is so friendly and helpful, seeing as she embodied all these qualities and more.

Boaz (Safari Guide) - WOW. What can we say but wow. He was VERY knowledgeable and knew all the best spots. We followed his lead mostly and it couldn’t have turned out any better. He showed us all the Big 5 and so much more! He was very friendly and sensitive to our needs throughout and has to be THE BEST GUIDE there is!

Florence (Waitress) - She was really lovely. Got to know our specific dietary needs from the first meal and then remembered every detail throughout the trip. She went out of her way to take care of us in many ways and couldn’t have been any nicer.

Laurent (Photos) - One of the exceptional services they offer is renting a nature camera (Nikon N60) with a telephoto lens (Sigma 100-600). It took the most amazing pictures and created incredible images we will be framing and hanging in our home. Laurent gave me a great tutorial on how to use the camera and even supplied me with an SD card to use when mine didn’t work. Thanks for helping us catch these special memories!

Peter (morning waiter) - He was great for our daily breakfasts. Anticipated our every need and had a lovely attitude. What a great way to start each day!

Marshak (2nd evening waiter during special dining) - another great person on the team! He took care of us during our special dining experience and had everything planned out perfectly!

Janet - (massuess) - knew exactly how to do it! She was amazing!

Thank you to everyone at the Four Seasons Serengeti! (Sorry it took so long to post this. Had it written but forgot to post last February 2022 when we...

Thank you Four Seasons Serengety for making our...
