Simply amazing! The staff cannot do more to make you feel welcome. We were looked after so well by everybody but in particular Emmanuel and Abdul went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They are a credit to the company and should be recognised for their exemplary service. ||The setting is amazing, right in the middle of the Serengeti National Park. It goes without saying that you have to be aware of wild animals - there are no fences to keep them out and you can hear/see them in the camp sometimes. We heard hippos and lions, there is evidence of elephants and other animals too. As such, you can’t leave your tent without an escort but you get a walkie talkie and when you call for someone they are there within minutes. We were scared on the first night but the staff reassure you that you’ll be safe in the tent and we did relax as the nights went on. For the sheer fact it is surrounded by nature, it is not somewhere I would want to stay with my children but is perfect for adults. ||Food is served buffet style in a central dining tent and is of a very high quality. Meat, veg, rice, bread….. you wouldn’t know you were camping! ||The tent you stay in is huge and has its own toilet, shower and sink so everything you need is right there. It has a full sized double bed and plenty of space to unpack your clothes into. ||A truly unique experience in the heart of the Serengeti. Surrounded by animals, amazing scenery and truly remarkable staff. A big thank you for our honeymoon cake and dance - we loved it!||You must respect the fact you are in the wild and take due care, but I would recommend this...
Read moreAmazing experience in Tanzania’s Serengeti. We were so close to the animals you’d hear lions and warthogs right from your tent. You’d see elephants and giraffes close by as well.
Staff was amazing and went out of our way to take care of us, specially when my daughter got sick.
The team was flexible to rearrange our accommodation to get better internet access. And the staff always made sure we were taken cared of.
The food was the best we had in Tanzania - so fresh and delicious including the popcorn we took...
