A fraud organization, launders money from naive customers via their agents! We booked a trip through a local travel operator. Travel operator books the trip for 4 nights for 12 of us from India. We reach Arusha on 23rd August. Local Travel Operator while making payments shows us that Serengeti Tanzania Safari has charged him much more than the booked price at the last moment. He shows us both the invoices, and also informs us that Bushcamps will not entertain the booking if operator does not make the said revised payments (where the deficit was for $4000 and the tour operator borrowed $2000 from us) in full, in advance.

Since we were in Arusha now, we didn't have any choice but to lend money to operator in order to continue the trip and booking. Ausgut is a pick season and we didn't have any choice but to bend down to the malpractice of the Bushcamps.

We continued the trip and stayed at BushCamps, hospitality and place is good, infact they informed us that we were the first group since inception to stay altogether for 4 nights in Bushcamps and it is a milestone for them. But under the garb of best service provider, they cheat you blatantly.

I have not revealed the name of tour operator who is local Maasai operator works in collaboration with US based lady. He promised me at that point in time to refund the money once he raises the disputes with Bushcamps and hotel association. Its has been 2 months, no response from Bushcamps or the tour operator.

There are much better camps like Kati Kati in the area, any foreign visitor must check before Booking with this fraud organization. I can provide all the proofs of invoices and bookings to whoever wants to know more about this.

I am a genuine travel photographer, you can check my facebook profile in the name of "Ankit Gita".

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tanzania Bushcamp Safari in the heart of serengeti Nationalpark, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the impeccable service to the luxurious amenities and stunning thrilling views, it was a truly exceptional experience. The staff's warmth and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay, and the spacious, well-appointed room provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant wild safari . We had such a great experience of life that till now sitting on my bed I can hear the roars of the lion that we heard those 2 nights while we were there.. An amazing! Thrilling and adventurous trip that would be remembered for the entire day's in our life! Asante sana for this. Would also say on food... Breakfast was pretty good. You got to make your own omelette which is nice. The setting is exotic and most beautiful! I was with kids and they had all their enjoyable food options. Our packed lunches were not to be missed, it contained various of yummy food of our choices. Healthy snacks were provided too. The atmosphere is peaceful and the varieties of dinning is not found anywhere else! Thankyou so much Team Tanzania Bushcamp ! You...

This was such a cool place to stay during our safari - one of our favorite accommodations! This is a mobile camp that sets up in different spots at different times of the year. We stayed here in March 2023 in the Ndutu area. We’re a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 13 and 10) and our tent was fantastic! One king bed and 2 single beds, all fitted with mosquito nets. En suite bathroom, shower and sink with plenty of bottled water for brushing teeth and drinking. There were so many animals in the camp site - monkeys, Malibu storks, zebra, gazelle, wildebeest…so neat to really be immersed in the African bush! At night, you had to be escorted to/from your tent. The sounds you could hear during the night were just unimaginable! There were so many animals running around outside our tent during the two nights we were there and (to my surprise) the animals were completely uninterested in the tents (or the people inside them!) The staff was friendly and all the meals were delicious and especially impressive that they were prepared in a camp site! There was a fire in the evening that we enjoyed sitting by to look at the stars. Overall an experience we’ll never forget....

We had a wonderful 2 nights at this place. The staff were very attentive always with a smile trying to satisfy our every need. Steve and Rae are very friendly, hands on managers. Bonny always helped us as we walked to our cabin 17 near the end. He really was pleasant to interact with. Unbelievable to see an elephant and zebra nearby and hear some lions roaring during the night. Even with animal prints each morning, near our cabin, we always felt safe with the staff taking many safety precautions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The cabin which was spacious included a private toilet and shower with endless hot water. It also had a desk and lounge chair. We handwashed our clothes which dried over the 2 nights but the camp does provide a laundry service if you want to pay. I highly recommend this place in the Serengeti.

This has been an experience of a lifetime. So much happiness in this place. The manager and staff were extraordinary friendly, they even celebrated the birthday of my girlfriend and performed a local folklore dance with beautiful songs and a nice cake which we happily shared afterwards with all other guests. The tents provide highest comfort, are very safe, in the middle of the serengeti national park. You will hear hyenas, water buffalos and lions roaring in the middle of the night, its an absolute fantastic adventure (it is safe! They will escort you with flashlights if you move between the tents). The food was very good. All in all it has been fantastic, we are so extremely grateful and always will be. Thank you so much!
