I don’t like to write bad reviews but I also don’t want to leave it. I am giving one star to this place because they are advertising one price and in the end they ask you to pay triple. On their advertisement the price for Eastern African residents was 120 000sh per night till July 2021 which is very decent as many hotels do discounts to improve local tourism. When I wanted to book a room they said the price is 150 000sh instead. We asked why they ask us to pay more if they advertise shows cheaper? The guy we talked on the phone said that foreigner tourists pays even more. I understand it because it is common practice in Tanzania when tourists, residents and citizens pays different prices. So I sent him my resident permit card to prove that I live in Tanzania and the MANAGER told us that we need to pay 100 usd per per person. Well guys, if you advertise one price and you increase it triple and have no idea between citizen and resident than it is not my problem! We stayed in Lahia tented lodge instead which was amazing starting from accommodation ending to service. And the difference between Suenos de Africa and Lahia they dont change their prices for Tanzanians residents holders! They give very...
Read moreAbsolutely loved staying here! Highly recommend. ||The staff were INCREDIBLE. I have never had better customer service. They could not do more for us. The staff escorted us to and from the tent when it was dark in case of animals, including at 4am when we had to get up early for our hot air balloon experience. On our final night, all the staff sang a goodbye song. We also had a cake which said they hoped to see us again soon which was very thoughtful. They never let us carry any of our luggage and handled this all for us. They also made sure our tent was zipped up / zipped down properly at different times of day as appropriate. ||The tents are very luxurious. They are spacious, have a comfy bed, plenty of space to store items and a sofa for relaxing. The bathroom has everything you need and was clean, including a bright light for me to do my makeup in the morning. We heard some animals during the night outside our tent but we felt very safe and secure. ||It was incredibly peaceful and I wish I...

Located directly in Serengeti National Park, you're sleeping within nature - including hearing and seeing various animals during the night. The camp is made of various luxury tents with all the comfort you want to have (or even more): Power, running cold & warm water, flush toilet, kingsize bed, mosquito nets and so on.
Greatest asset is the team: We did not only experience perfect service, but everybody made us feel if we would have been friends for a long time. Everbody was very open to have a chat and found a way to make us feel very welcome.
Food was also very good, offering a few choices from international dishes (personally we would maybe liked some more local food, but it makes sense how it is) and great breakfest as well.
If possible, we would go for 6 of 5...
